Terrific
Easy to navigate and a great selection of products. I was very happy to find a product that I used that I usually order from Australia. I was very happy to see it listed here in New Zealand and for a lot less so it was good to know. I also found other items on here and know for next time that I don't need to order it from overseas again.

An absolute scam of a company do not…
An absolute scam of a company do not order from them.
Ordered a product months ago, tracking was never updated and apparently “lost”.
I had to create an account just to get in touch with customer service..
Then they stated another product had been sent but did not provide tracking.
When I asked for tracking they said there was a delay in shipping.
I then requested a refund and they havent yet done that either.
I’ve been going around in circles for weeks with this nightmare scam company. Avoid at all costs

Delays, no accountability and poor customer service
Order was delayed in being shipped. Then when it finally apparently shipped a tracking order was sent. Tracking order hasn’t updated to say what the status is over 3 days after they supposedly shipped my order. Live chat was no help told me yesterday that tracking numbers don’t update until 3 business days after sending. It’s over 3 business days and there is no update to even say the order was picked up. Still no idea if I will even receive the products I ordered. Well below acceptable service! Absolute scam and I will be taking appropriate action if the goods don’t arrive on Tuesday as per the email sent when you apparently dispatched the order. No one should order from this dishonest company!! Use your money elsewhere as a reputable company!

Please avoid at all costs. I have ordered from this website multiple times and never had an issue until recently. They shipped my order and provided a tracking number which after two weeks had gone nowhere. They since claimed they had dispatched another package however this too has not reached NZ. I have been waiting 18 working days now and still no package. I continue to get emails from the Customer Service team saying I need to contact the local courier company (with no further information provided) then the next day am told the package has been held by Customs until I pay duty fees on the package (however the cost of the goods would not have incurred any additional fees). I’ve been given the run around with no resolution in sight. It’s not worth your time - please use other trust worthy, reputable sites instead.

*Update* they did not actually contact me after responding. Finally received my order after 14 working days. Will never order again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!***
Absolutely horrible. Wish I had seen the reviews first. It has been 10 working days since I placed my order (plus two weekends days) and multiple follow up messages with only responding "it's on its way if it doesn't get to you by the 11th (16 working days after order) then we will gladly assist a way forward". I just want a refund so I can repurchase elsewhere. So sad as like I told them I've had surgery and can drive so can't just go pick shampoo up and currently have none as this was meant to arrive in time.
Worst service I've ever received. No compensation, no help. Please don't order from here.

I ordered from you on the 12 May and it is now two weeks later and I am still waiting for my purchases.

I believed this order was coming from NZ which it obviously is not. When I enquired about the where abouts of my purchases i received a short rebuff " they are on there way" - no apologies, no time frame and certainly no customer care. My money has been taken from my account though. I do not have any faith that I will actually receive my goods and am prepared to take the appropriate action.

The worst
EDIT: They replied on here to make it look like they are helping but I responded immediately to their questions (they just wanted to know my name and email address) but they never actually reached out or replied after receiving my details. If you read the reviews - ignore any that don't specifically say they received what they ordered. RY ask customers to review their website and product choices/pricing via Trust pilot as soon as the order is placed in hopes they get favourable reviews then they don't send your order. There is zero chance they aren't doing this intentionally, it is literally the worst company I have ever used. Customer service is manned by AI and you get the same scripted responses over ad over again and there is no way to get a real person without going through Instagram. They could not care less about their customers so I would suggest not caring about them in return.
