I tried this service as I was desperate to recover a PowerPoint presentation, and felt safe that if it was unsuccessful, I could obtain the 7-day money back guarantee. It did not recover my file. However, instead of issuing my money back, it asked for me to copy into a zip drive all the files it recovered. I ran into issues when trying to do that, but sent them what I had. However, they said what I sent them wasn't the full list so I'd need to resend it. I tried again. This time my email came back to me saying it was blocked. So, not only did I not find my missing file, I was also out $60! 0 stars, do not recommend!
