Product not shipped, phone number doesn't work

Product not shipped, emailed to ask for tracking information and Jonathan came back to say they were having admin problems and to provide the order details. Never heard back again. Tried to call the phone number today on the website and it is out of service. Will be contacting my credit card to cancel the order if do not here from them today with confirmation of the tracking details.

The order was meant to be shipped quickly but never arrived......

The order was meant to be shipped within 2-3 working days. It did not arrive within that time and was required for a ski holiday. i emailed to enquire about delivery status but never received a reply. Telephoned on numerous occasions and the telephone was unanswered. Left a telephone message to which also I never received a reply to my query. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service - not contactable

I ordered a skateboard for my daughters birthday, I was sent the wrong tracking number so could not track the package. Numerous emails and phone calls unanswered until after it finally arrived. Unfortunately the wrong board was delivered. Still waiting for a reply and no answer as yet, 4 days later...

Ordered a hoodie in a size small only …

Ordered a hoodie in a size small only to get an email to say that they didn't have my size, although they gave me a refund but it shouldn't of been on the website if they didn't have the size.
