Car Background Check

Excellent Customer Service

I was refunded the monthly purchase after calling a man (I wish I could remember his name) on customer service. I didn’t notice there was a checkbox for a monthly thing instead of the 7-day trial. He even offered a year of service but I told him I only needed for one moment that I already completed because I needed it to get a job. I really appreciate this because that 25 dollars was the gas I needed to get to work the next couple weeks.

Good for finding information and customer service is very good. I was able to get a refund on an unused month of my subscription within an hour of asking even on the weekend.
