I purchased one time service for $5 and instead I’ve been charged $25 every month for 3 months until finally I caught it.
Service itself also didn’t provide much information , all that you can find in public sources

My experience with Records Finder went very well! 🙃

My experience with Records Finder was somewhat inconveniencing, but it was not due to the management or the app itself, My son who is on the spectrum and a juvenile, was working on a project related to law and criminal records. In the process, he and a classmate discovered Records Finder and inadvertently signed in, not realizing that my debit card was linked to my laptop. Consequently, when the free trial ended, $24.95 was deducted from my account. Upon noticing this charge on my bank statement, I promptly researched the situation and contacted customer service, providing a brief overview of what had occurred. I was quickly assisted by Jehoaney, a customer service representative, who informed me that my account had been canceled and that the $24.95 would be refunded immediately. Although I did not personally use their services, I was impressed by how professionally and efficiently my issue was resolved. I would certainly recommend Records Finder to my family and friends, knowing that their customer service team is dedicated to helping customers. Thanks again!
