NEVER ORDER FROM THEM....SCAM SCAM SCAMI ordered 2 3 in 1 USB to transfer data and was scammed never received the item. It's been well over a month. Now when I try to track the item it's not possible! SCAM SCAM SCAM....

I TRY TO CANCELLED IT TOOK 24 TO ANWSER THIS COMPANY IS GERMANY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ON THERE SITE I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEY SAID IF YOU CANCELLED BEFORE SHIP THEY WOULD CANCELLED THEN SAID NOT TRUE. THEY LIED THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE SHIPPING LABEL ECT

If I could give zero I would. My purchase was $30.00 and they charged me $50.00. SO IT'S DEFINITELY A SCAM. I don't know why I forget to come here before a purchase. BE WARNED.

This company is deceitful in their marketing and does not provide what they are telling you they provide. I bought some glass Christmas ornaments from them as per their marketing, and when I receive them, they were all plastic and they will not return your money.

Do NOT EVER order from this store - no matter how nice the product and/or video (that fooled me!) is online! I order 3 large tabletop glass ornaments that light up for my kitchen island - as shown in the video on the product advertisement. It took MONTHS to get "them". Many MONTHS! And when "they" finally arrived they were NOTHING - I mean NOTHING - like the product that I purchased! CHEAP! They were small cheap plastic tree ornaments with burlap string hangers... OMG - I was so mad. I got scammed! Do NOT order from this company. I didn't bother contacting them - b/c the last thing I need is for them to use my email / phone/ etc to scam me further or steal my identity!!!

This company is a SCAM!! Don’t order, what came was nothing like advertising. Product is not fit to be sold in Dollar Store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered cute glass oversized ornaments with lights inside. From a video that appeared on Facebook. I was sent cheap plastic ornaments. I was asked to send an image of the ornaments and the package they were delivered in. I sent the requested items, accompanied by a video that confirmed the items were made of plastic. They sent the following:
We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 3 in the default currency.
Will that be acceptable?
My response:
Please explain how the items dispatched to me were what I ordered? I ordered glass ornaments, but I received plastic ornaments. I have attached an image of the original email with the items I ordered. This is the last time I ask you for my money back.
No, I would not like compensation of 3 in the default currency. I would like to receive my money back in total US dollars, which I paid for the items. I did not receive what I ordered. I will provide all necessary information to my financial institution, including everything I sent you in this email, the previous emails received from you, and the video I have of you advertising the ornaments as glass.
Their response:
Our warehouse has verified that the goods we have sent you are correct.
The shipping fee might be a lot if you want to return it. Would you like to accept 5 in the default currency as compensation and keep the products instead?
My response:
Your warehouse is lying, and I have the items to prove it. What do you mean by compensation of 5 in the default currency? What is the default currency, and why would I pay to return the wrong items shipped by your warehouse?
Their response:
We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you.
In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Is it possible to increase the compensation to 7 in the default currency?
My response:
I will not be paying for shipping the item back. You need to provide a shipping label at no cost to me, as I have stated multiple times. You sent the incorrect item, and you know this because I sent you pictures, as well as a video, of what you shipped to me. Since you refuse to explain what you mean by 'default currency,' I am moving forward with my financial institution to report accordingly. You sent me items I did not order, and you refuse to refund my money, send the correct items, or provide a return label at no charge to me.
They are using a video from a reputable company to scam people.

Should be 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. I followed the directions for a return immediately upon receipt because the product I received was nothing like the product pictured. I was told the refund would only be $2 as an opposed to the $35+ I paid (after $17+ in taxes and fees, which is another issue). I have been in an e-mail back and forth for several days with the company, getting nowhere unless you count the refund now being up to $6, and am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I will definitely be reporting this company to all of the appropriate agencies. Steer clear.

Definitely a scam!!! Ordered 3 glass ornaments that light up. They said they were coming from Italy. Kept tracking them for over a month. Finally said they were in the US at customs. When I hadn't heard from the tracking e-mail I inquired and they said they would send out another order asap so I would have them in time. They were plastic and not worth $5.00. Don't purchase from this company!!!!

Requested refund and they wanted a video of the product I received. Sent me back an email that their quality team saw no issue with my product.

Items came from Spain or somewhere far! Once I got it, it was absolutely NOT what I saw as advertised. You got me! #gotscammed

The company should get ZERO stars. Sent me absolutely trash hoodies and will not allow me to return for a refund.

Don’t order from this store, they show you the final cost, then after you push buy it adds about $12 in shipping after it’s too late. I messaged them minutes after to cancel and they said it was shipped already. Ya right!! After about two months I still have not received my item. I’ve emailed them about 10 times with no response. They’ll send you a fake tracking, by item has been in Tuscaloosa for about two weeks.

This company is a scam!! I can even see they write their own positive reviews on this site as they are all similarly written! You will be wasting money if you purchase from them so don’t support this company. Do your homework before ordering from any site! Wish I did.

Ordered 4 cameras that were advertised as 24/7 recording. The cameras I received did not record 24/7 but instead only recorded motion. They also would not stay connected to the app. I contacted customer service the day I received them and asked to return them for a full refund per the policy on their website. They offered me $6 when I paid over $50. I've emailed numerous times and they will not let me return them. They stated they would let their approval department know and urge them to improve.

Ordered 2 security cameras, spent $40, the cameras I received are not the ones in the advert. The ones I got don’t even have an ON/OFF button. Was able to add & connect both, then 1 went offline immediately & no amount of deleting & redoing can get it connected.

Tutorial videos are useless. Trying to reach the company with no luck. The 1 camera that does work is fine during the day, but at night, the glare from the glass on the window only gives you a view of the camera reflection, not the area you want to see, so useless at night.

TIP: Save your time & money. Will TRY and get my money back and return both.

I preferred back in May, it’s July and I didn’t receive my package. The company claims that the items were lost in transit, and this is what they sent me:
We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What’s more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.
In this case, we have two solutions for you:

1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

I paid shipping insurance, so there is no reason to do anything except send me a new item or refund me everything except the $1.70 I paid for shipping insurance. I told them

It’s been 2 weeks now and i don’t have my money back, and they won’t respond. They won’t acknowledge that I paid shipping insurance at all, or tell me what the shipping insurance is for, if not to insure a lost package! I’m going to just report to my credit card company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered kids’ goggles that never showed. It’s been over a month. I sent an email to the support email address and was told to call the post office or check with my neighbors. I have no proof of delivery and while they were able to check with the mysterious carrier, I was told to call the post office. Why can’t I have the information of the “carrier” they “checked” with? Probably because they know following up with the post office is a useless, fruitless waste of time.

Ordered 4 pairs of goggles in May. Charge was $57.00 but then charged my CC $75.10. They gave me the run around. Wrong shipping information and stating my package was delievered. Come to find out via post office and investigation, they NEVER received a package from this company. So im disputing my transaction with C company. Soooooo disappointed and my daughters are even sad! Shame on this company! I will post all over social media too!

I bought a pair of goggles non-fog and they did fog up and my son only used him three times and they completely come apart. No, I will not be ordering them again
