I have bought equipment twice from Recharge. Each time customer service and communication has been exceptional. Fast and efficient ordering/delivery as well. I have a barbel, bumper plates, bench and shorty squat rack. All equipment is well finished and robust. A very good investment. I use the kit for my own personal training and for training clients. Everything looks and feels high quality. I’ll continue to go to recharge for additional equipment in the future.

Although I didn’t go for product due to specific range of requirements and installation and delivery charges, have to say it was good to have that human connection and point of contact! Heather was excellent throughout, informative, helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and easy to work with, it is a shame it didn’t lead to me purchasing from you, as she was excellent!

From first point of contact Josh and the team were fantastic to deal with. They helped me with the gym design and were very happy to accommodate my multiple changes to the plan, updating the invoice each time so I was clear on cost.

Due to our wider building works the instal time needed to move a couple of times and again this was no trouble.

Josh, Ian and Nathan did our instal - they were all lovely - very friendly and professional. They managed to reconfigure the plan slightly to deal with an issue with one of our walls and left the gym looking fantastic - Nathan even polished the floor before they left.

Hope to work with Recharge again in the future, thanks for all your help.

Great customer service! Super friendly, happy to talk through on the phone and they even loaded my van the same day I asked if I could collect my order. Huge range of kit from installs that include flooring, plates, frames, bars, dumbbells, balls and best of all kettlebells! Nothing was too much trouble and it was great to see the showroom. Brilliant. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend you do!

Only one word to describe Recharge - Exceptional, be that from first interaction, through assisting with decisions, to delivery and fitting they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quality of the kit is first class, pricing is good, but customer service is fantastic - a lot of businesses, both in the fitness sector and beyond, could learn a lot from these guys. Can not fault them - Ryan, Josh & Nathan really do go the extra mile.

From the initial concept to order to delivery, I can't recommend Recharge highly enough! My only regret is I didn't have the initial budget to buy more of their high quality kit. I will be back when ready for phase 2 of my 1:1 training studio. Thank you! 🙌

We recently purchased 20mm EDPM Flex flooring from Recharge for our new gym space, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

From the very first enquiry, their customer service really stood out. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed, offered thoughtful advice on which flooring would best suit our space, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.

The flooring itself was incredibly easy to fit and looks fantastic in our space. The quality is spot on.

What really sets Recharge apart though is their follow-up and genuine care. They’ve kept in touch, followed our build journey on Instagram, and even checked in after installation to make sure we’re happy with everything. That level of attention is rare.

These guys are awesome! Super friendly, nothing is too much trouble and their kit is great quality. I’ve used them for the last few years for my pretty much all of my weighted kit for my circuits class so they deal professionally with everyone from little community businesses like mine up to top tier Gym Fit outs, they sell everything from resistance bands to kettlebells, wallballs, great sturdy medballs that take a good slam and all of your big kit like machines and rigs all of which I use at my local gym also.🙌

Great company with excellent customer service from ordering through to ensuring delivery was on time and equipment was all as expected. Kit is excellent quality and Ryan has gone out of his way to check we have been happy with all the kit we ordered. I would have no hesitation giving them a 5 star review.

There was no hard sell and it was a pleasurable and easy transaction.

I’m happy to recommend Recharge Fitness to supply gym flooring and free weights after the great service we’ve just received. We now have a fully fitted 20mm EDPM flooring across our home gym with a range of dumbbell pairs.

Zac, from the sales team, has been our contact and he ensured great communication from start to finish. He’s addressed the only query we had - on delivery timing - and I’m happy with the results we now have.

As for product quality then I’d say it’s excellent and great value - I checked out a dozen’ish flooring providers and, in my opinion, Recharge was the best value. Our EDPM matting was all 1m2 to a tolerance of a couple of mm. This meant the flooring was easy to lay and no gaps are now left - squashing the matting together seems to give the best results.

All in all I’m really happy with the results so thanks to Zac and Recharge as a provider.

The whole process of working with Recharge has been excellent. I did look at some of the other big name gym suppliers but after speaking with Ryan and having him take the take to understand what kind of space I wanted to create, I knew that going with recharge was my best option.

They kept me updated along the whole process. The equipment itself is quality, my members are very impressed with it all, even the custom bits I got.

The biggest thing for me was I felt I got value for money for every pound I spent with recharge, from the equipment, to the customer service and installation.

I did have a couple of snags with the equipment but this was rectified very quality.

Would 100% use and recommend recharge to anyone thinking of kitting out their gym space!
