Capitolo 2) Risposto alla mail, ma non a quella in cui dicevo che era arrivato il prodotto sbagliato (precisando che me lo sarei tenuta cmq pur di non ripetere la trafila del corriere), ovviamente neanche una parola per scusarsi .... che dire, ci sono tantissimi altri prodotti cosmetici di qualità con persone ben più cortesi.
