Very confusing and slow delivery

I waited a week before I got a tracking order number. Then only got the number after countless emails to re boxed, including being told it had already been delivered !! It was finally delivered 9 days after ordering and paying, and DPD left it behind my bin on the doorstep, with no delivery note through my door.

Would never use this company again! Hundreds of £'s down the drain!

Product stopped working. Went online and completed their faulty product process. There was no replacement product in stock, so I had to select refund. Fine. Bought the product elsewhere. Weeks passed due to an email postage label issue, then I finally got a label and sent the faulty product back. No refund was issued. A new product turned up. I didn't need this as I was made to believe I was getting a refund. They absolutely refused to accept any fault for this confusion. Apparently they never issue refunds outside of 30 days. Why let a customer select 'refund' if they're never going to issue one?
Would never use this company again.

While our faulty returns process may allow you to select a refund option, we want to clarify that for devices outside of the 30-day returns window, our policy is to repair or replace the device where possible, rather than issue a refund. This is in line with our warranty process and is outlined in our terms and conditions.

Pity about the courier

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the incompetent performance of the courier (DPD) which made what should have been simple transaction complicated and very frustrating. Not a reflection on Reboxed but I can't say my experiences was 5 star.

Put my order in and received the…

Put my order in and received the handset the next morning which was brilliant, couldn’t fault Reboxed.
Unfortunately the handset I received was faulty, not sure whether the parts used to recondition the phone were not installed properly or not original parts.
Waited a week for a returns label which I sent off the next day. Hoping to receive a replacement in the next few days as being without a phone in this day and age is a nightmare.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered a replacement phone for my son who is away studying and I expected next day delivery!!
That phone never arrived!

I am giving them one star as once I logged my complaint, they dealt with it within a couple of days.
A telephone number would be helpful, rather than having to rely on e-mails!

Happy customer

Very glad to find the make and model of phone I was looking for, at a better value price for being refurbished. Less waste going to landfill and better for my budget!

The experience was similar to buying new, and the set up was just as simple. I kept my old number and contract since the phone was unlocked. The phone was packaged well and came pristine and as advertised. I could follow the delivery and leave instructions of needed.

Too reliant on AI support, tone deaf and slow human support

Good phone, Terrible customer support

Purchased a reconditioned phone, on checking confirmation email I spotted an error with the house number.
Literally 5 minutes after I messaged support for help and within a minute received a response from their Virtual Assistant reassuring me the order could be cancelled as it had not been fulfilled yet, and so would be sent to their customer support team (great)

But instead, during the rest of the day I received multiple emails confirming a tracking number had been generated, and after several failed attempts to contact them (email & website message form), it wasn't until 19:28 that evening, over 7 hours later that I received a human response (Rachelle) saying it was too late to cancel as the order had already been processed, contradicting what I had been told initially by the Virtual assistant.

Worst still, the agent's response was tone death as they went on to advise that I could return the item for a refund once it arrives (the house number was incorrect), but when I challenged this they claimed they had no record of the initial cancellation request!

This is what happens when you rely on AI to support your customers and provide limited options to contact support, lucky I managed to redirect the package to my local sorting office despite the slow unhelpful support from Reboxed.
