Ordered a phone, cancelled before dispatch. They sent it anyway and told me to refuse it. I have Royal Mail proof (XM018675944GB) that they received it back on April 30th, but they are now claiming it's lost via DPD (a courier that didn't even handle it) and refusing a refund. Shocking customer service."
.reboxed is refusing to refund me even though their employee 'Elian' signed for my return 6 days ago. They are telling me to claim on my own insurance for a phone they have in their warehouse. Disgraceful."

One thing I find frustrating about the customer service is the response time, as it can take a while to get a clear resolution. Additionally, responses sometimes feel generic and not fully tailored to my specific issue. I would also appreciate more proactive updates so I don’t have to follow up repeatedly. Improving communication clarity and consistency across agents would make the experience much better.

Great, would use over and over again
The selection of phones on offer was great and the website is well laid out for comparing options. Then when my choice was made, I chose to trade in too - the phone and the items for packaging my trade in came past and so far my phone has been great, it's worked well, it looks good and it serves it's purpose at a great, affordable price. Especially as a family with a young family and not the same finances for brand new phones that are out of date within months.

Not good at online purchases. The phone I chose had an offer on for Easter, that’s one of the perks that helped me opt for that particular model. I thought it would automatically be added, however I now know you had to add a code. Therefore I disappointedly lost out on the deal 😢
