This is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from here!! They took my money, gave me a totally wrong doll and will not return my calls, email, messages, etc!! They sent me a male (with anatomical parts) instead of a female, with long hair and eyes closed when I had ordered the exact opposite! My daughter was so extremely upset and I cannot get my $150 back or any exchange!! This company is awful! I will only remove this review if they get back to me!! So I am sure you will see it here forever!

Received a doll that I did not purchase of course. Not silicone at all. was supposed to be full silicone. just an average $15 babydoll I paid $200 for.

do not order from this company. They are a scam and will not send you the doll you purchased they send you a horrible quality piece of crap. I have emailed them 17 times and no one will respond $144 wasted.

Ordered a specific doll but received one completely different. They wouldn't respond to my emails until third-party got involved. In order to receive a refund for their error, they required I pay for return shipping. I do NOT recommend this site.

Very disappointed the doll I received was not the one I ordered. Claimed to be full silicone but turned out to be cloth bodyed magnetic pacifier doesn't work also customer service was terrible

The sound quality is amazing! It adds to the experience of the reborn babies with cries like a newborn. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted the additional experience.

I just ordered twin dolls for my granddaughter for Christmas and they sent me the wrong doll and the legs weren’t even attached. I’ve tried multiple times to email them to exchange the doll but they won’t respond to me.
The company is based in China so I’m probably out 100.00 bucks.

Am very impressed with the quality and looks. Not so much for the packaging but still worth it.Looks so cute, exactly as displayed and thick.Came with an extra cloth, a bottle (that wouldn't fit into baby's mouth) and a pacifier that is magnetic.Overall, nice purchase 👌

I ordered this doll to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. First of all, this doll looks EXACTLY like the picture - exact same outfit, hat, bottle, blanket etc. magnetic pacifier (the mouth is magnetized) and right down to the crazy hair. I knew she had crazy hair from other reviews but ordered her anyway because it’s nothing that a cute little hat can’t hide! (I will say the hair is very soft though.) This doll is everything the other doll (which I’m returning) is not: high quality, beautifully painted with baby blushing on the cheeks and hands, well-proportioned, SLIGHTLY weighted. It doesn’t seem very weighted but it feels nice as you hold her. I didn’t want anything too heavy for my little one anyway. I’m over the moon happy with this purchase and can’t wait to see my daughter’s face light up when she sees her! .It was packaged nicely and does not have a single mark, scratch, or blemish. Love love love it!

Absolutely worthless company do not waste your money needs to be thrown off the Internet for selling crap. Doll should be given away in Happy Meals

The doll is very real, although not as beautiful as the picture, but the quality and heartbeat are very real. My daughter likes this gift very much, thank you!

this not a USA company. items came with CA address and had to return them to China address to get them returned. Both dolls were pushed into a box the size for one making the box bulge. do not know what happened, but neither dolls heartbeat would work. After several communications and getting a $10 credit offer we decided to get PayPal involved and got credit after paying $80 shipping USPS (UPS would have been $130) we finally got a refund. on there web site it states that they will pay return if defective and have not heard any communication about return shipping. our loss.

If you look at the contents of the package it DOES NOT include the ACTUAL DOLL!!!! SCREW YOU YOU PIECE OF WORTHLESS CRAP ZIPPER HEAD COMMIES!!!!

The doll that I purchased was not the doll that was delivered. I emailed them and they told me that they sent the item out less than three minutes after I contacted them and then they told me that I couldn’t get a refund. The company is a SCAM!!! I wish I could upload a picture but it won’t allow me.

Do not purchase from this company! I saw all their positive reviews on their website but didn't look off the website or I wouldn't have ordered. Those have to be fake reviews! My doll looks nothing like the one I ordered. I even paid extra for the synthetic hair. The doll I received is all vinyl. I didn't get one with synthetic hair. I've tried reaching them by phone (always busy), I've sent emails ( they come back undeliverable). This is a horrible, horrible company! If you look at their money back guarantee, it states they will not reiburse you if its based on whether you like the doll or not. In order to return it, there has to be something wrong with it (broken, damaged) otherwise, they won't refund your money. I would give them 0 stars if there was a button for it!

I ordered an amazingly beautiful doll for myself. I have wanted a reborn doll for years, so l spent hours going from site to site looking for the perfect doll. After finding him and placing my order, I took screenshots so I could share my excitement with friends and family. I regularly checked to see where the package was.

My Precious Reborn Finally Arrives

I was having a horrible day because our dog started having problems with her back legs, so when my doll arrived my husband brought the box to me and said, "Look what's finally here, this should cheer you up!"

He headed off to work while our daughter and I opened the box. You can imagine my dismay when I pulled out a bag that had a different doll in it. A doll that looks nothing like the one I fell in love with, not even close! I was devastated, and I still am because I cannot find him anywhere else, I started to cry. I handed the doll I received to our 18-year-old daughter and said, "take it away, I don't want to see it" and I haven't looked at it since. Yes, it is just a doll, I get that. I think it means so much to me because I have had several miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. Now, our daughter is heading off to college and, as crazy as this may sound, I looked at this sweet doll as my 'forever baby'.

Inside the Box

I paid $100 for a doll that arrived dismantled in a clear plastic bag. Trust me, whatever you do, never buy from this company. It's all lies. I still haven't received a refund and it's been about two and a half months now, but I'll wait.

The only thing that was easy about dealing with this company was handing over my $100, which is why I gave 5 stars to the ordering process!

I hope whoever is doing this feels really good about taking advantage of small children, collectors and those of us who are just looking to fullfill a long lost dream.

this is a Chinese scam company. look at the site for proper legal and contact info. try to call the customer service line or email them and see what happens, you won't get anyone. don't believe the positive reviews, all fake. check out the scam warning and the faqs on the page you'll notice the broken hastily written english. if you file a claim with PayPal you might get something in the mail but it won't be what you ordered. I got a nightmare in a box that looked like something sid from toy story made. I can't believe Paypal and google do business with crimnals.

Doll was purchased for granddaughter's birthday. It arrived but was a cheap knockoff. What a disappointment for her. This website is a total scam. Their response is basically tough luck.
