Ordered on 11/24, no confirmation email just click bait emails. Will not answer my emails, ruined my daughters birthday

this website is a scam, the doll we received is plastic crap, Kmart quality is better.
This site needs to be shut down.

This site is crap I spent almost 200 dollars on a doll for my Granddaughter we spent a lot of time picking it out it got here I was so excited to show her and what we got was a doll I could have spent 20 dollars at any toy store and got a better looking doll then I got and when you get hold of customer service they tell you that is the doll you ordered like I am to stupid to know they look totaly different so not only was I ripped off but then treated like I am a total idiot that can not see the difference

Biggest scam ever!!!! How is this silicone? It's hard plastic and then they sent the wrong doll after I waited a month! This was supposed to be a gift! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME! SHUT THEM DOWN!

It's so weird seeing all these bad reviews. I bought a doll and was so afraid after reading these reviews but the doll we got was just like the picture. Sure, it's not a true "reborn" but those things can cost up to $1000 so for what you pay, the dolls are good in my opinion. I also bought it back in August 2020 but it wouldn't let me pick that date. The one thing I really didn't like though was it took forever to get it and that added to my worry. You can get the same dolls on Amazon or the Bradley exchange so you're probably better off going through them

I wish I can give them a -1 cause this company is a big scam artist they charge you international fee and the doll is coming from California and if you google the address it comes up a old rustic enterprise truck with handwritten letters and info that is not legal I have the doll they sent me today which was a Christmas present from hubby but it looks like a dead baby in a casket it does not look like the pic on the website

This is such damn shame. A Christmas gift my 3 year old daughter was so anxious for never got what what she wanted because it turns out this site is a huge scam. I never received the package and I emailed them 3 times about it and never received a response. Almost $200 hard earned down the drain. Do NOT order from these people.

This site is a scam. Please do NOT go through what I have. They took my money and I got nothing!! They will not reply so do not worry about trying to email them!! You have been warned! I had to click on a star to give my review because they do not get 1 star! Big scam alart. My credit card company is trying to get my money back. Again do not use them.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Please someone of authority do something. We have all lost money on ordering from this company and I see they ship the doll to a warehouse Clery, UNIT A Dolphin Estate in Sunbury TW16 7HE. The doll arrived in some plastic wrapping as though it has been taken out of its original box and is NOTHING like the doll advertised and is definitely not worth the money I have paid BE CAREFUL people who are doing this. You are being watched and you will be arrested

The doll you receive looks nothing like the one you order. Do not purchase a doll from this company! This is the 2nd response I received

The doll I ordered had blue eyes and curly light brown hair, the doll I received had straight black hair with dark brown eyes..nothing similar in the facial features either. You cannot talk to anyone other than email.

The doll on the website is not the doll you receive. It's is a hard plastic cheap doll that doesn't move.
When I contacted customer services they told me it was the same doll just different clothes. When I tried to get an email address for a return I received an automated reply saying the email address did not exist.
Do not recommend.

I paid 100.00 for a doll my grandchild wanted totally not the door very cheap plastic they are saying it has same face and body parts but clothes used in photo are props the doll face clothes everything really not same so wish i had checked this site out im now 100pound out of pocket and will have a upset grandchild very disgusted with this company do not buy from this site

What a shame….
I wanted to give this website a try because I really wanted one of these dolls and their pictures are horribly different than what you actually get in the mail. I really wish I could post my side by side photo I took comparing the two. It’s ALL vinyl NO silicone at all it’s not bendable or soft it’s all hair on the inside unlike silicone. Just beware. Ordered a reborn doll for my daughter. It came in less than a week, is absolutely perfect, and the company responded to all my questions quickly.

Terrible. What all these other people are saying is true. The dolls don’t look like their pictures and hair is very thin. Most of them are quite ugly.

This is the biggest scam I have seen yet. I tried to find it on BBB but it's not there bc it's based on Hong Kong china! I will be headed up to my local BBB to file to complaint. I'm going to share these stories as well. I paid over 117dollars for a full silicone for my daughter. It's plastic, not the one I ordered, and they refuse to give me a refund. I got them to 40% of my refund ATM.

I would give this place as zero as I am a reborn artist they still pictures from the real people and make copies which is illegal. We’ve been trying to get rid of this company and trying to get them to stop producing the Eagle products but you people keep buying them. Please do not buy here you will get scammed the Dallas you receive or not the Dallas in the picture they are illegal copy

Scam that’s I can say my best friends wanted a really cute doll and got scammed it was nothing like the picture I can’t believe someone would be that mean stand by it though and think of how you can work to improve your doll but goodnews she got her money back but if she didn’t she would probably have to save another hundred dollars so that’s the good thing but don’t trust this this is a total scam don’t buy from it but if you do you can learn from your mistakes stay kind!! ☺️☺️💕💕👎👎
