One of the best experiences of my Life - Reboot Dorset Bootcamp
It's up there with one of the best things I have ever done. What an amazing experience, fantastic instructors, wonderful people, delicious food and life changing moments. To say I was apprehensive about what I was letting myself in for was a complete understatement, but it didn't take long for those anxieties to go, and get stuck into the exercises and challenges. These guys really know what they are doing, and although I was probably one of the least fit people there I didn't feel like it - that is the secret, they know how to make you feel good about yourself, even when you want to give up and stop. I won't miss the hills or the running, but I will miss the feeling it gave me when I got to the top of them or ran all the way, that is a feeling that everyone should bottle.
Thank you to Mark, Neil and Glyn for all your expertise, support and laughs, all of you are inspiring and fab. Big thanks to all the guys I shared this experience with you are totally awesome (Ria I miss our chats, and Mandy (aka Wendy) I miss you keeping tabs on me and my stuff!!).

Number 1 Bootcamp!
I came across Reboot as it has been voted one of the top 10 boot camps and after reading so many positive reviews and checking out the information on their site I made the decision to be brave and book it- all I can say now is I am so glad I did!
In the lead up to it I was so nervous as I had not completed any pre training plans or focused on healthy eating. I knew I was unfit and had put on a lot of weight in recent months but as soon as I arrived with eighteen other strangers my mind was put at ease. We were all there to focus on different things and quite a few of us had not done any exercise for a long time. The very experienced and supportive trainers were able to push you to your limits no matter what level of fitness you were at for every session (something I found incredible as there was 18 of us). You also get to enjoy the most beautiful countryside and coastline in Dorset- great escape for those in the big cities!
Overall I have to say the last five days has been an incredible experience. I have meet some amazing people, been pushed to limits I didn't think I could achieve and learnt so much about my eating habits. At no point did I feel hungry and at no point did I regret the decision to book this. I enjoyed (although sometimes painfully) every moment.
Reboot I feel offers something quite unique as not only do you improve your fitness, learn so much about nutrition and healthy eating but it also is an escape from stressful and busy lives. I felt rebooted mentally as well as physically.....the four inch waist loss was also a nice way to end!
I would like to thank Mark, Glyn and Neil for putting me through my paces. Sheralyn for the incredible food and a shout out to all those that were on my boot camp (3rd April 2017) Amazing group of people and an experience I will never forget!
The best review I've ever written
Book it, don't think twice, you will not regret it. I'm on the train home from reboot having had the most excellent week with the team. I went nervously by myself thinking I'd be too unfit and constantly hungry... neither of which were even close to true! In 5 days I've lost inches (yes plural!!) from my tummy, and other places, which has delighted me but that isn't even the best thing that happened this week. The food was great, healthy and a constant flow. We had all sorts of different foods including some genius healthy snack options (I can't wait to try a few of the recipes myself) The people were lovely, both from our group and Mark, Glyn, Neil, Sheralyn and Sue were all seamless, respectful, inspirational, and in equal measures tough and kind. I've left with a good basis of knowledge for nurtrition, new exercises and a strong personal goal which Mark will help to guide me towards in the months to come. I feel like they've put me in the place I was searching to find when I arrived, and they collectively just helped to continually point and push me in the right direction to work it out for myself. If you do just one thing for yourself this year, I'd recommend you go to reboot.

Reboot was a challenging but great experience.
I needed to take control of my diet and have a realistic exercise regime, and the Reboot programme has provided that (does what is says on the tin!).
All Reboot trainers and fellow guests were fantastic and very encouraging.

An awesome 5 days!
Who would have thought 5 days of exercise would be fun? But Reboot really is. Although you work hard, I don’t think I’ve smiled and laughed so much in a week as during this one! The training sessions are so well planned, and never repeated. The food is delicious, and the educational talks are interesting. The team are brilliant, and really motivating. Reboot gives you the tools you need for a long term, healthy lifestyle that I left really excited to start.

Reboot is so much more than boot camp, I had such an amazing week, worked really hard but had loads of fun doing it.
Mark, Glyn and Neil are brilliant trainers, so inspiring, full of years of experience and knowledge, motivation, all have a great sense of humour and a great outlook on life!
They each bring their own unique qualities which together make an incredible team.
Everything is so well thought out and put together from the training sessions, beautiful views along the way, nutritional talks, delicious menu, to how they bring you together as a group. Its tough and challenging and will push you to your limits (if you want it to) but there is so much laughter, I can't imagine anyone going here and not loving it!!

Awesome experience
Just had a great week at Reboot Dorset. It was fun, very tough, incredibly rewarding and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I went wanting to get fitter and stronger and achieved all of my goals, plus I learned lots about nutrition and diet and where I was going wrong and what I need to do moving forward. Another highlight of Reboot is the fantastic homemade food. I would recommend Reboot to anyone who is prepared to work hard to make some big life changes.

Fantastic week at Reboot Dorset!!!!! I've never been to boot camp before so wasn't sure what to expect but I would recommend it to anyone. All the guys are very encouraging and informative plus have set me up for a training plan over the next 3 months which really helps. The activities were fun and varied, and they cater for all levels of fitness. One of the best things I've done.....excellent value for money in my opinion. Thanks Mark, Neil and Glyn!!!!!!
Awesome Bootcamp
I attended Reboot hoping to kick start my attempt to get fitter, what amazed me was that rather than just offering a week of activity to get you fitter it offers pre-bootcamp help and post bootcamp help. Its not simply a bootcamp, you'll come away not just feeling fitter, but feeling more confident in your ability to get fit, stay fit and also be mentally stronger. Mark, Glyn and Herby were amazing at keeping everyone on the bootcamp going all week long, thanks to them I achieved more than I thought I could and felt challenged every single session. The food was amazing and the fact I got to bring the recipes home is great. Add to this the superb accomodation in the Dorset countryside it was well worth attending. I would recommend Reboot to anyone looking at bootcamps simply because the support before and after shows this isn't just a quick one week fix.
Amazing value for money!
Having never previously taken part in a boot camp and feeling a little insecure about my fitness, I did hesitate when it came to clicking on ‘proceed to checkout’ and to booking myself a place. That click, however, turned out to be one of my greatest clicks ever, and one that I will never regret! The boot camp is fantastic value for money and I got so much more out of it than I could have previously imagined.
The trainers do a fantastic job and even though they will push you until it hurts, they do so in an encouraging, respectful and kind way. They really know how to get the most out of you in a short period of time and this is reflected in the results at the end of the week. This being said, what I really liked about this boot camp is that the focus isn’t solely on improving your fitness in 5 days (although it will improve a lot), but it’s also about your long-term fitness. The trainers explain the reasoning behind each exercise, they correct your mistakes, they show you how to incorporate exercises into your normal life, they give you nutritional advice, they help you to learn to think positively about fitness and they show you what you’re capable of.
The week passes by very quickly and this is probably due to the great variety of sessions. Activities aren’t repeated and the stunning surroundings are often used as part of different fitness routines. We carried out many tasks outside the grounds, for example, in fields, at the top of hills, on the beach, along the coast, and all with breath-taking views!
I am very pleased with the results. Apart from losing a few inches here and there and significantly improving my running times, more importantly, I came away from the boot camp feeling refreshed, determined and confident about my long-term fitness. The experience was exactly what I needed and I hope to return next year.
Great way to feel alive!
So most people thought I was mad when I said my holiday was going to be a bootcamp :) but I wanted something to make me feel alive and by the end of the week I can definitely say I hit my goal. I was so lucky to find Reboot Dorset as they focus on the individual giving their best not who is the best, and make it fun. You do a lot of team things but it's balanced, so it doesn't matter if you a marathon runner/Olympian or couch potato before you arrive you are equally encouraged both by trainers and each other. I'd highly recommend signing up early and getting the pre-bootcamp workout plans and do as much of it as your busy life allows. The trainers are a fab bunch and the chef creates some amazing foods. I am not only at my holiday goal but feeling even better than I thought I would and have a new found love of flipping tyres and bench pressing :)
Awesome Bootcamp!
The ethos of this camp is simple: you get out what you put in. There is nothing faddy about it, these guys are down to earth and will get you achieving more than you thought you could regardless of your fitness level! They’re teaching a great balance between physical, nutritional and psychological aspects of life. I went home feeling headstrong and healthy with new goals to aim for, a couple of inches smaller (bonus!) and definitely more mindful of my own self. Prepare to be challenged, but for lots of laughs too! Brilliant value for money. Thank you Reboot!
May 2016 Boot Camp
Reboot is a fantastic fully engaging experience, the camp is a great mix of physical sessions and information sessions, the trainers ensure you work to the maximum of your own, personal ability. All the trainers created a very positive, upbeat environment and the week I took part (May 16) the group dynamic was great. The beautiful Dorset countryside, a lovely old house to stay in and great food all week all added to the experience.
Post camp Mark provides structured training support for 3 months, it’s very clear in his approach that he really wants to help you succeed and the post camp support just re-enforces that.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Reboot to anyone whatever their fitness level.

Took the family and we all had a great experience. Staff are amazing and we all surprised ourselves at what we achieved. This isn't just a one off fix it teaches you how to live a healthier life - sounds cheesy but it's true. If you feed your body well (nutrition) exercise properly then you become a different person. Mark and team show you the way, give you the experience and then the rest is up to you. More surprisingly it was all very enjoyable ...great venue, tremendous support and good company. Totally recommended.

The best week ever at Reboot Dorset
It took me two years to book up, two years wasted I now realise! Having not jogged for over 30 years and being overweight this left me feeling that perhaps I was not up to joining up with a boot camp. I looked through some of the photos on the websites and most people looked so fit. I finally made the decision to book up, at the end of the day I thought to myself, what was the worst thing that could happen? I finally found Reboot Dorset which looked like the best boot camp for me everything on the website looked genuine and their holistic approach to training suited me best. There was also a certain passion about the site which I really liked. Following my booking I awaited my arrival day at The Rectory with slight dread and trepidation. I must say that I needn’t have worried or been embarrassed. The team who trained us were amazing, Mark, Bev and Neil took us all under their wings during the whole experience they are really dedicated to ensuring you get the best experience and training possible. At no time were we made to feel anything other than capable. There were fitter people there than me but we all have our separate strengths in different things. Each of us were encouraged so much and we were able shine and smile through the different types of training. Our energy levels were kept up with wonderful food combinations at meal times and plenty of it to keep us going. The presentations held during the week were very informative and interesting, they explained the logic and techniques behind the training and also the food choices we were encouraged to make. The setting of The Rectory was peaceful, the area scenic and a perfect location for the week. I would highly recommend Reboot – it has changed my life for the better. If you are considering booking up don't hesitate, do it! You will never look back.
