My saber quit working
My saber quit working a little over a year after purchasing. I hadn’t used it very often and then basically to just turn it on and play around for a few minutes. I had plugged it in to charge and weird grinding noises ensued then nothing. It never charged. I wrote to Rebel Sabers to vent figuring I was out 300 bucks and the saber but not only did they respond they ultimately sent a mailing label to send the hilt back AND they fixed it! Find any other business that would do that! If you want a light saber then this is the place to buy it! I’m not promising anything here. Just relating my experience, but I think this is one awesome place to do business!

I love my Rebel Sabers
I love my Rebel Sabers! My family and I always get compliments on them when we take the sabers out. The customer service is amazing. I recently bought the tonfa handle attachment to change my lightsaber up a little bit. Unfortunately the handle was a little small for my big hands. Rebel Sabers let me exchange the handle for the absolutely solid Quick Connect Adapter. Shipping times are fast and you are going to love your lightsaber.

Overall happy, some parts come loose.
Overall I am happy with this light saber. It looks great and functions well. The only think I dislike is I find the parts come loose to easily. The covertech wheel screw comes loose when you wear it on the belt clip and the emitter head portion comes loose and starts to unscrew when played with.

Thanks for your review Ryan! I’m sure sorry to hear some of the parts on your saber become loose while in use. Here’s a few tips that will help you out with these issues:
On the emitter, try hand-tightening and then “snug” it an extra twist. Due to the thin neck on The Elegant, some extra stress is applied to the emitter area during hard use but that should secure it. If it’s just not securing tightly then there might be a manufacturing issue that we can replace/repair for you. But try the “snug it extra” first.
As for the screw holding the covertec wheel on - I have found if that keeps happening the covertec wheel and the holder on the belt might be meshing a bit too tight. Does it swing freely when on the belt without resistance? If there’s resistance it could be causing the covertec wheel itself to be slowly backing the screw out. Theres two easy ways to fix this on your own, but again we can fix/repair it for you if you prefer.
Fix one is to lightly sand the outer diameter of the covertec wheel so it glides smoothly in the belt attachment.
A second even easier fix is to put a small dot of blue loctite (temporary kind) on the screw and then put it back on. That will certainly make sure it never comes loose again until you want it to. This can also apply to the emitter threading as well. Be sure to just use a very small dot - not much is needed.
Again we will gladly apply these fixes for you/replace any defective parts. Contact us at support@rebelsabers.com if you wish to send this back for repair or get walk through advice on how to do these fixes yourself.
