I wanted to share my experience with Realtor.com’s lead generation service. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Most of the leads I received were either fake, had incorrect contact information, or were completely irrelevant—such as individuals residing in Canada instead of the U.S.

Despite paying for the service, the quality of leads was extremely poor, making it a waste of both time and resources. Additionally, reaching customer support for assistance or a resolution proved nearly impossible, as getting a response or callback was a challenge.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Realtor.com’s lead generation service to other real estate professionals. The lack of lead quality and poor customer support make it an unreliable option for those looking to generate genuine buyer leads. In the past I have used them but in today's world they are unreliable.

If I could rate a zero I would. Leads are incredibly horrible….everyone is annoyed that we are contacting them as agents, one contact was trying to sell their neighbors house…complete garbage

Would be nice if owners and landlords would actually respond when I fill out the contact form. All landlords should have to answer people on here and zillow. Shouldn't always have to call. Sometimes they don't even answer calls or call back it's bs and I been fed up with it. They shouldn't post a rental then if they're going to ignore people.

This is a predatory site. I was simply trying to book a viewing of a property. They tried to get all my information and set me up with a random buyer's agent whom I never chose. As far as I can tell this is an outfit for buyers' agents to snag clients who don't know any better. Rapacious and deceptive.

They will spam you to death after you make a contact.
Guy on the phone was rude, looks like he was watching something on TV and was mad about have to answer the phone.

Please improve by being transparent by telling agents who are purchasing leads that when an agent shares a zip code with one other agent, if the other agent has a team, they are all allowed to call that lead as well. So it could be one agent competing with 6 other agents in a team. Also, put on the realtor.com site that when buyers submit an inquiry they are calling a BUYERS agent, not the listing agent. Help agents make an income by being transparent about your services!!!!

The worst experience every even lies to get your information. They Will not connect you to an agent without a ton of questions about your identity... don't give it they will spam and scam you . Just copy the address for the property go to Zillow and get the agents phone number. Realtor.com is the worst scam

I reached out about a property on realtorcom, and the experience was shocking. The agent who called me sounded irritated from the start, like they just rolled out of bed on the wrong side. Instead of giving me details about the listing or connecting me with the right person, they went off-topic, trying to push irrelevant services on me. When I insisted on speaking with the seller, they straight-up hung up. I thankfully found my new beautiful home elsewhere!

Good, pushy sales pitch but zero results. Agreed to try 6 months, not 12. No response on leads thru a phone call, text or email multiple times with 2 exceptions: 1 was another local Realtor ( no idea why she didn't check showing info on MLS) and the other was a guy only interested in going to dinner. NOW, after advising them that I was not continuing and why, they are still charging my cc and playing dumb. Going on 3 months of unauthorized charges. Heads will roll.

This is another scam site. I have been inquiring about properties off and on for about a year. There is nothing but an ok I got it bot email. There will never be a real person to discuss properties. This site is nothing but a leads generated for lending companies to infiltrate your email system to get pre approvals and hack your credit score in the interim. Marketing scheme for sure.

Im a Realtor who is on realtor.com and rarely get a phone call from an interested home buyer. And when II finally get in contact with a potential buyer, the response is, "Oh we are just looking!"

I responded to a Realtor.com listing and requested an agent contact me. That was 10 days ago and still no response. Must be the market is so hot that agents don't worry about following up on leads! Sucks for them because a purchase in my case leads to a listing, No go for Realator.com!

Stefanie Stroot and my account manager were of 0 help - my account manager gaslit me when I tried to cancel my contract saying that the leads were great quality & closing when the only closings were low ticket items in a very expensive zip code. Lead quality first year with them wasn't bad then after I upped my spend the quality crashed. Better off generating your own leads

Tried contacting the agent for a particular house and started getting spam texts for TikTok and Snapchat right off. Over 4 hours later I received an email about an agent from a different company that was going to contact me shortly. It's been 12 hours since that email and no contact. Since this was a test drive to see if I could actually connect with anyone and have decided I'm no longer interested in the house I will never try to contact anyone through a real estate app or site again. You will waste your time waiting around for any response.

Never received order. Company said it was in mailbox. How do you put chairs in a mailbox. Very frustrated.

I'm moving to a new state and just happened into a Realtor.com ad on a promising home...so I had them call me. First of all, the price was 14% more than the ad stated and there wasn't a fee for parking at the property. Sounds like they just mailed it in.

Realtor.com is a Texas corporation based in Austin°. There's always something fraudulent about every listing on Realtor.com. All Texan realtors are crooked criminals that commit one fraudulent act after another. Texas realtors make their living off of layers and layers of lies and deception and not telling the truth.

Every listing is missing something important or is a complete and total lie. One time there was a listing in Louisiana with a house. When I went to inspect the house, nothing there. The lot was empty. Another time I went to inspect a house in some back woods part of middle Texas. The roof was completely caved in. Another time on a different property some neighbor had his vehicles parked on the property front yard. Another house was totally gutted. Another house was on the edge of a cliff where the land slid. Another house was had total wet rot with a warped foundation. This stuff goes on and on and on endlessly.

Never trust Realtor.com. They never ever do anything to assure the listings facts. All listings have some fraud on them.
