I have always had high anxiety and…
I have always had high anxiety and insomnia and have tried everything from medication, weed, teas and any other thing you can think of to help me sleep. The bottom 2 photos are a normal nights sleep for me. The top two were the first two nights I had after taking this honey.
People need to understand you don’t get high or feel any different. Your body just relaxes into such a nice state and seems to last all night while you sleep. You then wake up bright and aware instead of groggy.
Also my tracking got lost at the airport in the NL so I emailed the company and got a reply in less than ten minutes replacing it. Great customer service.

Nothing drastic occurred
Nothing drastic occurred. I take it in the mornings and I'm definitely more chilled in the afternoons. Usually after 5-8 hrs at work I'm pretty annoyed but after taking the honey I'm pleasantly surprised at not losing my chill. In fact, forgetting to take it annoys me now.

Stupidly I bought this product before reading the reviews. Unfortunately the (genuine) reviews are correct. The product is simply not genuine Nepal honey. I had 1 tbsp felt nothing so ate the whole jar.. felt nothing. Also the jar seal came on unsealed. Really poor experience and waste of money. Avoid this company.

The company have been great and understanding and kindly refunded me in full.if it had worked for me i would without a doubt buy from them.
