The customer support is 'horrendous'.

The customer support is 'horrendous'.

The only person who knows what they are doing is Karla... but the rest... OMG I have spent literally 2 days trying to get a sample for my client and they kept telling me they don't sell an item 'that is on their website' ?!?!

Finally after sending them 10 screenshots the customer support said 'oh sorry my mistake' and I am still now trying to get a sample of it....

I may give up to be honest....

The print quality is great but if you need to ask any questions about 'ANYTHING' these are not the company for you.
