This really is a bad company with awful service for expats. I have been trying to get through to them for days no one either speaks English or when you get through to someone who speaks English it gets disconnected. Awful service.

I’ve been trying to get car insurance in Spain and have made several calls, but each time I’m put on hold and eventually disconnected without any explanation.
This is a surprising and disappointing way to treat a potential customer. If this is how new business is handled, it raises serious concerns about how existing clients are treated after they’ve already paid.

Stay clear!!!! Fraud company🤮 No clue what they are doing, just want your money.....and lots of it!

A VERY particular insurance company who focuses and put a lot of effort in denying every small claim they said my home insurance was covering, only to find out they have 80 pages of fine prints with exceptions which basically denies your possibilities of making any claim at all.

The support consists of 4 unhelpful non service minded guys who communicate with one sentence email responses so they must have purposely made it really difficult for an expat in Spain to deal with insurance issues. One of them actually said out loud that "i seem to be confused that they are there to help me" after i was attacked and my laptop got broken which they denied to cover even though a had pictures sent a police report.

On top of this they now refuse to cancel my annual insurance when i realised all this, since i was "a couple of days late" to inform them of this. i apparently have 30 days notice to cancel but did it same day they sent a renewal notice - which was two weeks after the supposed cancellation deadline, of course - according again to some very small fine print nobody reads.

i would not recommend this insurer to any expat in Spain or anyone at all because of this non professional low budget dodgy version of an insurance company with the most non accommodating unhelpful support i have ever come across.

BE WARE of these grifters who promise to help with anything you say when they sell you the insurance only then to find out all of these shady fine prints pages which denies anything claim for accidents AND they have a rude support only focusing on denying any type of help you ask for.

I have been with Real Insurance for a year.
They have now informed me that they are going to terminate my policy on July 2nd. The reason is that we have called them twice a year. The truth is that we called them once but they didn't do the repair correctly (it took the engineer about 30 seconds of work) so they had to come back after a couple of weeks. That classifies us into two calls. So basically, Real Insurance doesn't want to insure people where they might actually have to pay for some work to be done.

Bad insurance company!!! I had water pipe damage which they fixed year ago. The pipe broke again just after year. They fix it/not and then they refuse to insure the property again. Absolutely joke. This is agency located in Almeria/Spain. Run away from this company

After my experience, I'm not surprised to see all of the negative comments here. I wish I checked TrustPilot before I took out a home insurance policy with Reale.
When you need to make a claim, the service was poor. The adjustor was late in coming and they covered about 20% of the damages I incurred.
Renewal canceled.....

The company is fraudulent.
The company accepted a case to fall within the scope of the insurance but when it became too exoensive it found a fake reason to withdraw.
The company lacks competence and only looks at costs.
Find another if you want to be insured when accidents happen.
Reale wont help you if its over their limit

My house in Spain has been insured with Reale Seguros since last August. In April this year we arrived at the house late at night to discover a flood on the kitchen - a glass roof was leaking and rainwater was coming in in various places. The internal walls around the roof were damp and mouldy, skirting had come away from walls and the frames for some of the tall floor standing kitchen cabinets were warped.

The following morning (it was still raining) I managed to find someone to sort the roof out who came and did the job 2 days later. I also put the insurance claim in and set about getting quotes for the repairs. Ingot 3 quotes, sent them to the insurance company and said I would use the builder who provided the cheapest quote

Total cost of the repairs just over €3000. The insurance company offered just over €900 to settle, which I declined. Now, more then 3 months after putting in the claim, I have still not received anything from Reale Seguros. I'm disgusted by the whole process.
