Unrealistic useful system
Hello
Just like the other thousands of computer generated reviews it is completely irrelevant. There are much more to take consideration that bunch of unrelated cold computer generated unrealistic dates
How the system know the actual real condition of the particular home??? No way without a complete home inspection record up to date! Therefore it is completely useless this kind of evaluation.
