ReAg Tools Reviews

great communication all the time until the parcel arrived

Amazing company, super helpful staff. I needed a tool, I called with questions, I got the tool and advice I required quickly and with fantastic service. Thanks, ReAg Tools!!!

Prompt delivery and awesome tool.

After having a problem with a fruit press they fixed immediately they knew a problem existed.

Everybody has a favourite glove wether it be work or gardening. Always disappointing when for no reason the line gets dropped or a perfectly good glove gets a pointless makeover. ReAg to the rescue. A hard to find glove from a well established company in stock and in the size required. Realistically priced though in retrospect should have bought more to take advantage of better deal on postage, my bad not ReAg. Will be back for more. WEB site easy to navigate and accurate, all credit to ReAg, Thank you

Great communication, fast delivery, quality items.

Very pleasant telephone conversation and the little Colinnear hoe was delivered as soon as it was possible. A great little hoe for small spaces. Thank you!

Great service, responded immedeatley to an item damaged in delivery and sent out a replacement straight away. Great quality tools, thanks reag team!

Great selection of products. Quick service and delivery. Definitely be using them again 😊👍🏼

The item I required was on back order for a very long time through no fault of reag! I was kept up to date with estimated delivery timings and offered a refund due to the time delay. Delivery was next day, I was kept informed with tracking details. Very good customer service, thank you.

There was a question that needed clarifying before sending my order out and they made every effort to get this sorted before sending my order.

Arrived promptly on time , trays where of great quality and it was very generous to have some free coco coir mats thrown in as well

Easy to order, arrived on time, no problem

Very helpful advice on what to order to best fit our particular need - raking a gravel drive. Arrived very promptly & already proved ideal for intended use.

A superb product. I was told about it by a friend on my allotment and immediately ordered one for myself. It arrived within three days and it makes my yearly task of plot preparation much easier.

Good tool. Well designed, tough and well built. Gets the job done exactly as described. Delivery was quick. Worth the price, highly recommended.

Fast efficient service supplying a quality product.

My emailed enquiry was answered promptly. Service was friendly and efficient. I had a selection of broad-forks to choose from and I enjoyed the interaction (being local, I collected in person). Pricing could have been clearer upfront about excluding VAT.
