Company refuses refund for out of stock items
Company was unable to provide me the product I foolishly paid for. Tires I ordered were on back order from the manufacturer so my order could be not fulfilled. After a call to customer service I was told I would receive a full refund.
I have an email from the company which says “ If your products are NOT Available , Your Order will be Cancelled and you will receive a FULL REFUND within 30 days from Canceled order notice”
Now they have charged me a 35% restocking fee on tires they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK. I have tried to resolve this with the company and they refuse to refund my money. Luckily I paid with my AMEX card so I have a fraudulent charges case pending. Don’t make the mistake I did. Stay away from Readywheels.com
