I recently put my flat on the market…

I recently put my flat on the market with
This company. Charlie stone rang me to say a property investor was interested.
He asked if I could meet them there to show them around. I waited over an hour at my property, I tried calling Charlie to ask when they would arrive. He didn’t answer me.
I then left him a message the next day by text and also sent an email.
I had no message to explain what happened, no reply after numerous attempts to reach him. Not even an apology. He completely blanked me. I asked him to remove my property from rightmove, which he did after a week.
I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I query this companies legitimacy

I recently had an offer accepted via Rightmove
By readysteadysold.co.uk.

I performed due diligence on the company and saw that they have no website and no socials. They state they are registered in England and Wales but do not have a listing on companies house.
Their office was also located at Readysteadysold, Leeds South Lodge Thorn Lane, Roundhay, Leeds, LS8 1NN but I couldn’t find their location.
Also the phone number given on Rightmove doesn’t connect.
The agent ‘Josh’ was only contactable at very strange hours.

Viewings were via a key box and you could view at anytime.

My cash offer was accepted Monday 13th April. I had sent proof of funds and email addresses etc. and I said I had my own solicitor - email details sent.
I was then told 15th April that the house was sold to someone else, who had offered more money. My messages and emails have since been ignored.

I checked on Rightmove the next day and the house had been removed.
The following day it was back on Rightmove and still remains available.

I have reported this company to Rightmove and other bodies for poor practice and legitimacy.

My property sold quickly

My property sold quickly by Charlie who provided me with excellent service after three estate agents failed to sell it. He was friendly, approachable and available throughout to answer any questions and step in when required.
Even better was the fact there was no agent’s commission and my legal fees were paid.
The entire process went seamlessly and everything exceeded my expectations. Superb service, thank you.

Charlie was amazing

Charlie was amazing, he fully explained how it would all work and moved my property on very quickly.
Having been let down several times I was very nervous but reassured all the time from Charlie that everything was ok?

Buyers beware!

I saw a property on Rightmove offered for sale by these people. Emailed them for more information after trying their website, which is supposedly being updated! Have done a little research the website had been like that for months!
After emailing I received a text back from an un-named person at 7pm that evening offering to send me the lock box code for the property if I wished to view it. I did view the property, which had a local estate agents for sale board clearly on display.
I then proceeded to ask for their contact details so that my solicitor could make an offer for the property and was told that no offer could be made until I had sold my own property! I asked for the EPC and other details for the property and received a curt text back with a link to the .gov website where someone had clearly just loaded up the information as it wasn't available during the 48hrs prior to my asking.
I made the person texting (still no name given) aware that I was a cash buyer and they suddenly came to life!
Too late, I had already done my homework, spoken to the agent who's sign board was up at the property and worked out the whole setup was a scam!
Shame as I really liked the property and would have put in a genuine offer under the right circumstances!

Scammers

Scammers!
Saw a property on RightMove and sent an email about a viewing. It looked too good to be true and it was.
Got a text message at 10.30pm at night which was straight away alarm bells mentioning a key safe and that I could view anytime. So I did some digging and they were using photos and a description from 2019 to try and scam people into buying this house.
Please do your research and choose reputable estate agents!

I had an outstanding experience working…

I had an outstanding experience working with Charlie from ReadySteadySold. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He handled the sale of my property with impressive efficiency, keeping the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most was how available and approachable Charlie always was. No matter the time or question, he was there to reassure me, provide clear updates, and guide me through every step. His communication was excellent, and his commitment to delivering a great service truly showed.

Thanks to his expertise and hard work, my property sold quickly and without any complications. I couldn’t have asked for a better broker. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely supportive estate agent.

They advertised a house on RightMove

They advertised a house on RightMove, to the shame of the latter. We asked for a viewing and they gave us the keypad number. Turned out we'd already viewed, so we knew they were lying about a price reduction. No central heating at all, despite the description of central heating throughout. The cooker on the spec had disappeared. Got promised by their pdeudo-posh plummy agent, Andrew, that they'd complete in 7 days. Next day told them I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, I warned all local agents, and next day it was off RightMove. Despicable. They would have taken my 50% deposit and disappeared. NEVER use an agent you've never met or heard of.

AVOID-Listed our property without our permission

Listed our property without our knowledge or consent for sale online. Appears to be an offshoot maybe of soldinaday.co.uk, registered address is the same. Unsure whether it is a rogue agent acting alone or a company tactic to come view a property then just list it without any contract, permission or instruction! Only positive is the soldinaday office staff took the listing down within minutes of me ringing them, told me they had been instructed by some bloke called Andrew.
No active phone number or legit contact details for this company. No internet presence, website does not work. Avoid any property listed with readysteadysold.co.uk as it is probably not legit.
