Very happy purchase experience.

I ordered a pair of half moon reading glasses on 20 Jan and have been well informed of the delivery time. I received them by post on 25 Jan in a strong carton box. After opening the box I was delighted to find the pair of glasses nicely gift-wrapped. On the invoice inside the box there is even a personal greeting from Daniel which "appeared" to be hand written. This kind of personal touch is quite extraordinary with a purchase on line. I am very happy with the quality of the reading glasses as well as their customer care.

Great service, independent, efficient, eyewear company

Very impressed. Chose to order from this company as a British based, independent company, with the product I needed, and noted its good reviews. Easy to use website, I chose a glasses cord...the "gorilla grip" has lived up to its name, there were many colours, love my turquoise, and the length just right( 70cm not inc grips.) Ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday, excellent. Beautifully packaged in tissue paper with a thank you seal, a free bookmark and glasses wipe..the invoice on recycled paper , and hand signed, this all demonstrates the calibre of this company. I would turn to them again for any glasses or accessories, and highly recommend.

Wow Ridiculous Good

Wow. Imagine if every company was at the same level of Daniel Cullen eyewear . The communication was outstanding better than Octupus Energy 😉 The pricing ridiculously good , The packaging Jesus can I rent your team for Xmas . Absolutely everything about this company is 5 star ⭐
