Poor service, below expectations.
I'd been using a service from another agency for around 6-7 months to manage my Klaviyo account. This involved setting the flows up and regular campaigns, however although the flows were performing OK, the campaigns were not really generating enough revenue for subscription to be cost effective.I decided to look on Upwork and created a post there, I had a chat with Zan from Reach Realm who did an analysis on my current flow setup and said there were many issues, issues that once resolved would result in a significantly higher ROI. He stressed to do it properly and not just going for the cheapest bidder. I decided to give them a go, the price was around 3.5-4k split into 2 payments.Next up I was scheduled for an onboarding call with Hayley, we spent about an hour going over my business, strategy, products, strategy etc. Following that the intended flows were set up in a really haphazard excel for my feedback. Here's where things started to get messy, it was like Hayley misinterpreted information from our initial call and the flows contained information that wasn't accurate or with shoddy English. This continued, lots of time was spent reviewing and giving feedback that was missed or had to be chased. It wasn't professional at all. Deadlines were missed and I wasn't entirely happy with the end results, there was no offboarding on how to use the templates, I had to chase this. In addition there was no reporting on how the new solution was doing compared to my previous setup. I had to request this which was used with questionable data which didn't show much due to the time it had been running.Zan blamed my reduction in sales on lower traffic which wasn't the case, he could have checked this with having access to my shopify. When I questioned this he said 'oh it could be many reasons'.
I feel like they were eager to take my money, yet gave a subpar service with no aftercare. I definitely would not recommend.
