Access Revoked before expiry, preventing completion.
I enrolled in the FNS40821 and FNS50322 Finance and Mortgage Broking Bundle on 30 June 2025. The course was set to expire on 30 December 2025. My access to the course was revoked before expiry, which prevented me from completing the course.
I attempted to contact the organisation multiple times to resolve the issue but did not receive a response. Over a month later, and after the stated course expiry date, I received an automated email advising that an extension payment was required to regain access.
As the matter remained unresolved, I disputed the transaction through my card provider. The merchant contested the chargeback and the case progressed to pre-arbitration. The chargeback was ultimately decided in my favour and the funds were returned.
Due to the access and communication concerns, I also lodged complaints with the Queensland Training Ombudsman (QTO), and ASQA. The QTO confirmed the behaviour and practices of the provider would continue to be monitored in conjunction with other key agencies.
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this provider.
