I ordered the Marlboro jacket, it's very cute and looks just like the picture. However, I need a bigger size. The company doesn't exchange they only do returns. At first customer care was very responsive but once it came time to get the return label I haven't been able to get a response.

First of all, I thought I was getting the product from America, but it came from China. The product is really substandard and threads are coming out everywhere and the stitching is unraveling all the time. I feel like I've been robbed, especially since the product was expensive.

The items are too small and want to return. I emailed rdm support the same day i received my items. I have emailed several times to supportrdmclothingart, its been over 2 weeks since I sent the first email. They have sent back two very short unhelpful responses, one suggesting they could send a different size but there are no larger sizes available for the items, and the 2nd email was just a 'the team will get back to you'... I think theyre trying to dodge the emails about the return requests, despite their website stating they offer returns... sooooo... be wary... ive never experienced customer service that take overs 2 weeks to figure out how to try to return an item... ?!!!!!!! If it ever does happen which at this point im doubting... I was originally thinking of buying different jacket for my bf m, but after this experience I think not... :/

SCAM and FRAUD. Don't buy from them
Received jacket from them. POOR QUALITY . Tried contact support on their website or Facebook for return label. THEY DONT RESPOND at ALL
