I have ordered goods from them twice, and on both occasions, our local postal service (PostNord) managed to either displace or severely damage my delivery. RDEbutik.se immediately sent me a replacement, even with a discount, using an expedited freight service free of charge for me. Fantastic customer support, that does that little extra that mean so much to you.
I will definitely order from them again, and they have my highest recommendations. Five stars is not enough.

I want to believe their logistics system is outdated. A few days after the order is placed I get contacted by them. Apparentely they can't locate my own given home address. This is the first time it has ever happened. So they asked for the address of my pick-up location for postmails.
They ended up sending the package in my name but with the address/city details of the pick-up location. The post office couldn't find the recipient and the package got registered for a return within 30 minutes of arrival and now I can't reverse it.

3 weeks and still no product. This is absurd.
I cannot recommend rdebutik to anyone.
And no, the delivery isn't fast at all.

Ordered a CPU and according to prisjakt.nu they were the cheapest one. For someone reason they double ordered me, after that they cancelled both orders and claimed that they had some pricing issues and that's why they cancelled it. Seems obvious that they are trying to get free advertisement from prisjakt and pricerunner by appearing the cheapest but in actuality never fulffiling thos order.

Scummy company, stay away!

I was searching to buy Galaxy Active 2 stainless steel watch. They were the only shop that seem to have it available and in a fair price. I checked if the site was Swedish (.se) and payed for express delivery with DHL. When 5 days passed without receiving I sent them an email. Turns out theh are in Latvia and their products are sent from there through Finland and DHL only gets the parcel for the last mile delivery. So I paid express delivery for nothing. That also means that the esim LTE watch would not function in Sweden. When I asked them they said it most probably will work. Well guess what not only it didnt but when i received the watch 3 business days later (8 in total), I realised that they have sent me the cheaper aluminum version instead of the one i ordered. On the product page they had the photo of the stainless steel, the price of the stainless steel (3700 kr) and didnt mention anywhere it was the aluminum one that costs 2700 kr in all big stores in Sweden. When I sent them an email to try to fix this and send them back the watch in their own expence, they disappeared. Noone answered my email and I have to pay 690kr to DHL to send it back to them in order to not get charged the 3700kr. Dont buy from them. It is more of a scam than a shop.
