RC Willey - Orem Reviews 

Delivery was friendly, fast, and respectful. I recieved what I ordered (online). Best price around. Refrigerator was on sale for $200 less than any other labor day sale. Even hauled our other fridge outside, even tho we weren't sending it with them. RC Willey has always been a trustworthy choice.

The order was misrouted to a store 50 miles away. If it can be rerouted to the Orem, Utah store, that will be fine. If not, cancel the order.

Addendum: My wishes are quite easy to understand, I should think. Why can they not be relayed to "customer assistance"? Being jerked around every time I make an order is getting very tiresome.

Michelle did a great job helping me pick the right Washer when mine finally died. She made the purchase easy and with her experience it didn't feel like she was trying to sell me what I didn't need, but what was best for my needs.

Usually we go into the Orem, Utah store, but we ordered our dishwasher online. Within a day, we had the delivery and installation on our calendar and today, our lovely dishwasher was installed in record time! We now ONLY shop for appliances and furniture through R. C. Willey because we were wasting our time going elsewhere!

Furniture items are top quality. Salespersons are super. Everything is perfect until you get to willcall at the warehouse. The assoc behind the desk uttered 8 words. Hello, they will bring it to your car. Training time! Customers always remember the last interaction to finalize their experience.

She was very pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions.

Arrived on time. Nice friendly guy delivered and set up washer and dryer. 5 stars to him.

I needed help with unused warranty refunds and an associate in the Orem store, wish I knew her name, was great to teach me about what to do. Then I called the extended warranty dept and Devin helped me get them figured out. Today when the email came, I also talked to Emily, and then Susana, so it took a few people to get it sorted out, but I was treated well by all.

And it is all figured out and taken care of! I thought the customer service was excellent! Thank you!

Same day pick up would be appreciated.

Moved the Sideboard up the stairs, and one door fell off, the screw holes where stripped and the wood split where they where attached. The other door split as it was only glued together, and it lost a piece. Finally the Magnetic Fastners that where on the left top side that the door connects with were missing. only bare nails are sticking out, bit scary to put your hand up there.

If you’re shopping at RC Willey in Orem, ask for Stefen Wells! He’s the definition of above and beyond. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, but he literally drove 60 miles to our home to swap out appliance handles so everything would be perfect. That kind of customer care is rare, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Five stars all the way.

I received the chair at the pick up area in Orem. At first I thought I was picking up an assembled chair, but was given a armful of parts. No problem, but the service agent seemed to be distracted and anxious to leave. Not my usual RC Willey experience. But after assembling the chair at home, I love it! Thanks.

Customer pick up packed and loaded my two items very well. They asked me if I felt comfortable driving with my items the way they packed them . They were great . George Serrano was a great associate that answered my questions and helped me check out efficiently. Great experience thank you ☺️

Came to pick up purchase tonight and it was clearly used and the packaging was torn and partially covering the product. There is no way I am risking it with a clearly used product. Now I must wait for two days to come back to pick up a replacement. I am not happy about my time and resources that were wasted.

I was looking for a tall table lamp approximately 28 to 30 inches tall. I had searched other businesses and didn't find what I was looking for. When I checked RC Willey I found a lamp that was 30 inches high that was perfect for my home. The price was also reasonable.

Great customer service as always. I love Rc Willey. They always have what I need. I have been shopping online and in store for all my furniture, electronics and appliances needs and wants for over 16 years. RC Willey always has great prices as well as a variety of products. My house is a reflection of their store.😁
