Same story as every one else ordered goods , no response ,to emails or answerphones.
Luckily I have sufficient legal expertise and wealth to have this business declared bankrupt and closed down permanently to stop this happening to anyone else. Clearly run a scam

It is sad to come across scummy scammers in a hobby where we all enjoy helping eachother. I ordered about £300 of stuff way before Xmas. None of it has arrived and I kick myself for putting in such a large order with a company I had not used before. No answer or replies to either mobile calls or email. Just too far to drive and attack physically but still under serious consideration.

Wow ordered some.bits back in November 2022 but didn't receive them, tried loads of times to contact them via WhatsApp and email and no response...until today the 10th January 2023 when my goods turned up at the door, I've already cancelled it put a claim in and received my money back and now have goods I don't need, I had no email to say they were shipping the goods or anything.

If it was possible to leave a worse review I would. Ordered Christmas presents mid November, provided an order number but no confirmation email. Requested email to confirm order and no reply, no replies to several emails, phone calls and obviously they take the money, absolute scum company.

Paid for goods that were never sent and you cannot contact the company by any available method. Would go to the store but it's 150 miles away.
Paid via paypal so did recover some of the money, not the P&P.
This must be a fake company that relies on people, like me, not reading the reviews and then keeping the money paid.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a number of 'stickers' for a Trx 4 Land Rover purchased from Wheelspin Models an ace company. No sticks received! No reply to four emails to RCModels, a continuous answerphone message that "The store is closed". They were going to charge me £3.99 for a humble sticker that could have fitted in a letter envelope. Have visited my Bank to see if they can retrieve my money. the negative reviews started in June 2021 if they were going bankrupt then they would have done so by now 11/11/22. Perhaps the Negative reviewers and all that have lost money could take a combined legal action against RCModels.

Avoid. One of the worst interactions I've ever had with an online shop.

Over 7 weeks waiting on my order. Emailed them, used their website messaging, phoned them twice. Zero response each time. Eventually requested a refund via PayPal. I have no idea how they can continue to run a business when they ignore their customers like this.

Ordered parts, took my money, no communication, parts never came, emailed several times and they didn't have the decency to respond at all. Called three times - didn't even answer the phone. Had to get my money back through PayPal. Took hours of my time.

There's plenty of other decent places out there that can actually run a business and keep repeat customers. This isn't one of them.

i ordered some bits worth £32 on the 12th August. i've called several times, emailed, whatsapp, fb messenger and sent messages via their website. no reply and no goods. quick enough to withdraw money from my account!!

AVOID making any purchases from this store, also been in touch with trading standards about the shop and not surprised to hear their aware of the problems people are having

Please avoid disappointment and shop elsewhere,these thieves take your money and give you nothing but agro,I've called about 20 times left numerous emails and have heard nothing.i have written off my £33 purchase and will wait untill modelsport have it back in stock, am very very disappointed

I'll echo why everyone else is saying.

I placed an order nealry 3 weeks ago, it didn't mention anywhere that the stock was only supplier stock. I'm still waiting for my items. I've tried to call the store numerous times, I've contacted them via their own website and WhatsApp. So far I've had zero contact in any way and still don't have my batteries.

I won't use them again, they seem to take your money and then that's it. I have contacted PayPal to get a refund as I have no faith whatsoever in getting anything from them.

Don't waste your time and money using these. It won't end well.

Ordered and paid for an item back in January that was said to be in stock but wasn’t . All my correspondence was ignored and after 5 months the order was cancelled without my knowledge. 6 months on and all my requests for a refund have been ignored.
Avoid this company which judging by other reviews should be investigated by Trading Standards !

If I could put zero stars I would as other reviews ordered parts which were never delivered and not able to get hold of any one through email phone or watts app to get my money back. This site should be shut down.

Do not order from this company,as they take your money and do not deliver your items. Never answered any of my calls,messages or Emails.Had to go through PayPal to get my money back

Scam,avoid.Order a £240 Mezon 160 esc on the 2nd of February,on the 8th of February I've called as it was meant to be 2-3 days max .By magic(as since i have never been able to get through again) I managed to speak to someone who said that the product is actually not available in the UK wearhouse and it will take 2-3 weeks.I said that I can't wait that long and asked for a refund .The seller agreed and said "I'll do that right now for you".I paid by PayPal .More than a month has passed,no refund ,can't get through on the phone,no reply to emails,voicemails,Whatsapp,Messenger,nothing.Raised a claim with PayPal and hope to get my money back.As far as I'm concerned this is a scam,nice website but it actually scamming people.AVOID

Avoid as others indicate. Whether the store is going under, a scam, or whatever the issue is they are not reliable.
Ordered goods shown as in stock with 1-2 day delivery, paid and waited. No email about shipping, no responses to queries (by phone, email, and WhatsApp).
Having paid by PayPal I raised a "dispute" in the PayPal app. I answered a few questions and got an immediate refund.
My advice - stay well clear and use PayPal :).
If they are normally reputable they aren't now and if it's due to staffing issues then sorry but even a single response to any message would have avoided this posting to warn others (that will do them no good)

Truly appalling service! Do NOT use this company! They take your money, and don't ship the goods, so today I will be referring them to Trading Standards, for fraudulent trading. They do not respond to communications, so I can only assume the whole thing is a scam, not a business at all.
