Razzoos worst customer service ever!
For two months now I’ve had nothing but a “bad experience” with Razzoos. Starting with their refusal to take a pick up order over the phone, even when “their website isn’t working”, to finding it impossible to get “ANYONE” at Razzoos corporate offices to get back to me. I have sent at least 10 emails (Including Jeff Powell chief executive officer, Philip Parsons president, Tom Marshall CFO, Garrett Brooks COO, and Brian Goecker Vice president President)!!!
I have use their “contact us” via their website (Razoos number 1 recommended way to contact them??) at least 10 times requesting someone to call me back (not one word from them?... I have left at least 10 messages on various peoples phones at the corporate offices, and still not one response.
Stay far, far away from this restaurant! Not only that, but in my search to contact “anyone” at Razoo’s‘s, I have discovered “everybody has the same problem”... like I said, stay away!
