Terrible company. They scammed my daughter with the poorest quality hoodie at an extortionate price. Shipping took months and when she asked for a refund they answered shipping fees back to them are NON-rufendable. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom and they sent the wrong Dress (Totally different) Now they won’t cover return cost and keep offering £6 back to keep the dress.

The dress they did send is on SHEIN for £12 a third of the price I paid.

Horrible quality.

I ordered a green dress with zipper, a good mid thigh length and a flattering shape. The photos don’t match the final product. I got a loose threads, no zipper, upper thigh length, and cheap material dress. The dress is not the quality as promised, and upon contacting the place via email, only vague responses were given. Returning costs more than simply keeping the dress at this point. It was a bad experience. I don’t recommend busying anything from this store.

HUUUGE SCAM!!!

I ordered some clothes for a birthday party with my friend. The clothes came way later than they should have and were awful quality!! The trousers were supposed to be cargo jeans and were literally see through?!

I emailed customer services about it and had to work to get them to respond and let me have a refund. Had to prod them to give me the return address.

I had to pay about £16 to send the clothes back to china. 6 months later of emailing them and being told over and over again that they would ‘get back to me’ the parcel came back to my house?!!!

I emailed them again and they responded in German? And after that have refused to respond to me.

Bear in mind I have been polite and waited patiently. I rarely make things like this but I spend a lot of money on their site all for it to be a scam

Been just under a month now. I ordered ten temu products at the same time as a shirt on razys (the temu arrived more than two weeks ago). Still waiting on the shirt i bought, been almost one month now. It ain’t ever coming

I paid 47 dollars for a white hooded tank that was supposed to be large cable knit that was fitted. What I got was a loose tight knit wide turtle neck type long sleeveless top with loose threads hanging from it in an cream color. When I inquired of a return, I was told it needed to be sent back to Asia, with a possibility of a return only of it met there standards, or I could take option 1, which was 20% of the items purchase price excluding shipping and keep it. 2, was 50% off my next purchase. I choose the first at least I could recoup a part of my shipping at least. I will not be ordering from them again. Why make the same mistake twice with a company. Not impressed, would highly recommend not buying from this company ever.

Would give it zero stars if possible. This is a fast fashion business with bots at the helm. If you would like a return/refund, you will be asked to mail your items back to China (it does not state this on their website), where they originally came from, and cover the cost. My daughter ordered, and the item was poorly made, poor quality fabric for the price, no tags inside, or hanging off the item. This company is a scam with bad business practices, beware.

DISASTER. DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had found these reviews before ordering. Quality is terrible. Sizing is a disaster. I read the return policy before ordering. But… When I asked to return them, I was told I have to use tracked delivery to China. If I don’t use tracked I’m sure the parcel will be “lost”. What a waste of £40.

These 5 star reviews are clearly fake. All basically say same thing in glowing praise! The page for the strawberry dress uses pictures from the site of the original designer (like other cheap sites do too) but this is not the dress you will receive.

Do not order from them!! I found them through Pinterest and clicked on their link to purchase a top. It took over a month for the top to arrive and when it finally arrived it wasn't even in the size I ordered (I ordered a small and got a large). I'm extremely disappointed because their website offers unique styles. They are a complete waste of time and money.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY - I clicked on their ad on Pinterest and ordered a top and jewellery via Shopify. Weeks later, I hadn’t received my parcel so I checked the website and apparently my order had been “cancelled” with no warning or refund which is completely illegal.

Still waiting for my order. Over two weeks later and not even dispatched! Someone supposed to be investigating 3 days ago, still not come back to me. Informed I wish to cancel order. No response. Incompetent, at best. Scammers, maybe! Lesson learnt!

Late delivery, sweater not as described as on Razy's website and faulty. Sizing wrong, fabric/yarn different. I am UK size 8 and this is not an oversized cut at all. It may fit a small child. Item also faulty (hole in neckline), frayed seams and no labels at all, not even care labels. Customer service slow and unsatisfactory. Returns to China are at my expense and uneconomical. I feel completely scammed and would give zero stars if possible.

I just recently ordered some earring cuffs from the website it took abt 3 weeks to arrive, mean it’s from china. When the two I ordered arrived I was only able to fit one in my ears, because, despite saying one size, the cuff were two different sizes and the length of the dangle chain were completely different (like I would not be caught dead with them in cause it’s noticeable 😭😭😭). I ordered a necklace and it was fine but its disappointing. Im pretty should that the one star reviews are fake cause they’re all from the exact same day, this some chat gpt type stuff!?!? 😀

Just got my order, and I'm so happy with it! The clothes fit perfectly, and the shipping was lightning fast. I'll definitely be back for more stylish pieces!

Terrible service my clothes came but they look nothing like the picture, absolute scam.

Do not use! They have refused to give me a refund. Quality is very poor and as in other reviews you have to return to China!

Firstly my order took over 3 weeks to arrive which I think is unacceptable. When it did arrive, not only was the size wrong but they had sent the wrong colour. Essentially, it was utterly dreadful from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this company.
