I’d just like to thank you and your wonderful Customer Service Representative, Wilson for going above and beyond to resolve my issue which resulted from shipping damage. I ordered a very nice double burner Induction Cooktop through WayFair. We delayed in opening the product till a couple weeks after the warranty had expired unbeknown to us. WayFair would do nothing but after calling you directly, Wilson in your customer Service department saw that we got a replacement unit. For us, it was a high end purchase and we are delighted with it and how nicely it operates! Heats up exceptionally fast and cools quickly too! What a great kitchen tool!

Ordered Razorri's Tea Maker Kettle on BBB by Overstock. However, if stopped working after the first use. Razorri was prompt and effective at rectifying the issue and sent a new product. The new kettle works great. Wilson, the customer service agent who assisted me was prompt, courteous, and effective at helping me get squared away. Thanks Wilson!

I had purchased Razzori Electric Tea maker with infuser. Something went wrong and the kettle became nonfunctional. i used to love making my tea everyday. Approached the support team. Their support, prompt reply to my e mails, giving instructions to solve the issue was commendable. Finally when nothing worked i was asked to send the invoice of the purchase and they replaced the kettle . Thank you Razzori Team for your support .

I had a problem with my Razorri tea maker, so I contacted their support department. They verified my purchase and warranty status, then they immediately sent me a replacement part. They followed up to make sure I received the part. Excellent service.

Their Tea Maker is Great! I recently purchased it to replace my failed Breville tea maker that cost $300. For 1/3 the price of the Breville this thing is great. The Breville definitely FEELS like it is better constructed, but mine didn't even make it 2 years before it quit on me. I decided to look around and found Razorri on Amazon. This was substantially cheaper and it has most of the exact same features. The most important being the capability to raise/lower the basket so the tea is not over-steeped. The feel of everything is more "plastic" than the Breville but it has been going great in the few weeks I have had it.

Even if I only get 1 year out of this tea maker it is still a way better deal than the Breville!

Bought a fermentation crock with weights from Razzori through Amazon. After experiencing issues with mold growing on the weights, we determined they were defective (not glazed). The company was quite responsive to my concerns in a timely fashion and sent replacement parts at no charge. Wilson was professional and handled my case with care. Thank you!

Bought a fancy teapot thru Amazon. After a few months it started malfunctioning. Reached out to support, couldn't solve the issue thru suggested troubleshooting, was gifted a new product. Always prompt, courteous, professional responses. Wilson went above and beyond - definitely will recommend this brand!

Bought a countertop dishwasher for my daughter (single, two small kids, apartment). Most appreciated gift I've ever given. After a few months, starts showing error codes. Contacted Razorri through Amazon, then emails. Always heard back within a day. Unfortunately, dishwasher was discontinued, but a satisfactory resolution was reached. Follow-through was prompt. Full stars from me because standing behind your product and making things right as best you can when things go wrong is the most you can ask from a company. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again

The functionality of this tea maker is very consistent for making a quality black tea, which I drink. The thing I disliked was the program and basket movement is not fully tested. I needed a replacement unit to make it properly working and I really appreciate the help I got from customer service. I am very happy with it now. Would have given it 5 star, if the testing issue was not there.

My pasta maker got a crack in the mixing bowl. I contacted the service. They responded quickly and shipped a replacement part to me in one week. I think this company is trusted and you can purchase its products with confidence.

I received this machine as a birthday gift and I find it great. Unfortunately something in my pan broke and I wrote the company to see what I could do. The company reached out immediately, took my information and sent me a new pan. The customer service, time and overall niceness from the company is amazing. Got my pan in the mail fast and they kept me updated the whole time. I would buy again from this company!

This is my second Razorri pasta maker. I had a small problem with a slight crack in the mixing bowl on the new machine, they promptly sent me another one at no charge. The earlier machine had a locking nut (plastic) which broke, they replaced it immediately at no charge even though the machine was out of warranty! This Razorri company is the best! I would have to not only say it makes the best and easiest to use pasta machine, but the service department is the best as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best pasta maker with good customer service!

I purchased an automatic tea maker. It is, in a word, magic….now. My initial purchase arrived and didn’t work as expected. When I contacted Razzori, they were quick to respond and help diagnose. They were so lovely to deal with that they’ve become my go-to present currently.
