Razor kayaks refused to accept my return
Razor kayaks refused to accept my return within 30 days. Their return policy is contradictory. It starts in bold saying "We want you to be 100% satisfied with our kayaks! Therefore we offer easy, free change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery on all Razor Kayaks products." But then I missed halfway down the page where the fine print says at the end of a paragraph "We regret that we cannot accept change of mind returns."
Customer service ignored me when I asked for an explanation for the contradiction and simply denied the returnrequest.
They were unwilling to work with me to find an appropriate solution. These scammers make promises that they do not stand by. They told me they only accept returns if I applied for a viewing BEFORE I ordered. So they will never accept a return on a normal order despite the product page and return page saying in bold that they do.
