Prompt dispatch!

Recently purchased two sample packs. Fantastic service and prompt dispatch. Delivery into UK took some time but to be expected as being posted from the Netherlands; sometimes a sense of reality is required. Really pleased with purchase

Good as advertised

Good as advertised! Can’t beat the prices. I think because of my location, it does take a while for the shipment to arrive, not to anyone’s fault, so I order well in advance. Well done, RBC!

Ridiculous Delivery Time

Do you plan for buying razors 4-6 weeks in advance? If yes, then Razor Blades Club is for you!!

Me? I don't have such phenomenal planning capabilities for shaving my beard. Ludicrous shipping speeds, never again. Avoid.

Excellent experience!

Razor Blades Club is located in the EU but they still shipped my razor blades quickly and they didn’t take too long to get to me. All import fees were already paid so the delivery to me was easy and seamless. Would definitely buy from them again.

Very good experience.

Very good experience. This is second time I buy from this shop. And every time I get exactly what I bought, very fast. Also in Razorbladerclub I found the best prices for razor blades, and the best variety of blades. And I planning to buy again.
Last but not least, I have to mention very good costumer service

Blades perform well

Shipping took 3 weeks coming from Europe. Likely due to new regulations on tariffs on deminimis purchases. I ordered Baili brand razors but wonder if what was shipped are generics as there are no branding labels on the blade or packaging. I’ve used Baili blades before that were clearly labeled. What was shipped does perform well.

That said, we would like to clarify that your order was placed on February 11 and delivered on March 4, which is 14 working days, not over 6 weeks. As this was an international shipment from Europe, transit times are naturally longer than for domestic deliveries and may also be affected by customs handling, which is outside of our control.

We would also like to confirm that the item dispatched was the item ordered, and no substitute product was sent.

BEST store for blades !!!

I ordered for the first time and was very pleased. Excellent service. I had a couple of questions, and they answered them very quickly by email. Fast delivery, great prices. I will definitely order again. It was amazing.

All blades in one place

This is the second time I have purchased. Good experience. Reasonably priced items and shipping. Delivery to India takes time, which is ok as it is not a high-value item. They also declare our desired amount when sending which is very helpful to avoid custom duties.

Two things they can improve on
1) Since the blades listing page is loaded on scrolling, it is difficult to reach the blades which comes in later alphabets.
2) Also need selection of vintage, less available, less known blades which are less in production also like Voskhod, Sputnik, Heba etc

Item still not delivered

Item still not delivered, tracking says at Heathrow customs
Item received today (18.2.26), ordered 16.1.26, with razor club proudly declaring on their website "delivery time 3 to 7 days", yet asking me to remove my review as "the feedback is not related to our service". Maybe don't advertise delivery times without a caveat?
More importantly, there is little information on the website about the single edge blades other than product name, country of origin, number of blades and price, so I just stuck a pin and guessed which would be best suited to my needs. Perhaps not surprising then that the blades that arrived today are too big for my Supply single edge razor.
All feedback is valuable: my customer experience may not be something you want to advertise and to date you don't think it's related to your service, but I'd like to know what you'll do with my feedback to improve customer experience. My learning from this is to seek a better described product in future.
