Do not buy these knives they are absolute crap. My daughter bought these as a Christmas present and spent two months trying to replace the knife that was broken and in the end they sent the wrong one after sending multiple pictures. Two years down the line and knife after knife is broken. I would love to post pictures but trust pilot doesn’t allow it

Someone had purchased the Wasabi set for me 2 years ago as a gift. They’re beautiful, and so far, they’ve held up well as my daily drivers. In November I placed an order to complete the set with 3 knives I didn’t have. No shipment. No tracking. And as many say here, no response after multiple emails to the customer service email, and I couldn’t find a number to call anywhere on their website, which I’m assuming was likely pulled. After waiting for a month for these knives and no response, I disputed the charges on my credit card. Seriously disappointing. Seeing from the other reviews here, many of which are within the last few months, I’m going to guess this company is going under.

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service, have emailed numerous times with no response have tried calling and the telephone number does not connect, placed on order on the 2nd October and have still not received them, this was a gift for a birthday at the end of October. I have contacted my credit card company as I am stopping the payment. Update 19 Nov - still had no contact from this company and still not received the goods.

I purchased the Wasabi series back in October 2021. I was so delighted with the knives, I made further purchases of honing knife, bread knife and knife sharpener. My experience from ordering to delivery was absolutely 1st class. I wrote glowing reviews here on Trustpilot.
However three years on, whilst using one of the knives I rarely use, to chop a small pumpkin I noticed a shard, in the centre of the blade had broken off. For anyone who has bought these knives will know they are pretty expensive. But on Razar website, they give a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. I contacted Razar by email to explain what had happened. After a week of no response, I sent a further email to their support email, still no response. A week later I messaged them on Facebook, no response, message left unread. I have searched Companies House and they are still a limited company, with next accounts due next year.
Mr Charlton Edward Wright, Director, if you are reading this review, perhaps you could have a word with your Customer Service Department. I have read similar terrible reviews and would urge people not to purchase from this company. The Razar website is still active and taking orders (and may I add, not delivering them, as I have been informed by other very dissatisfied customers). Total sham of a company. I doubt very much that they actually manufacture the knives.

I’m writing this after 3 weeks and no knives or meaningful update , the only update I’ve had is “ready to ship” regardless of how good these knives are which I feel sceptical about after reading these reviews now , the communication I can’t say is bad because it’s non existent I’ve emailed asking for an update to which no reply as many others on here say. Woeful service from this company anyone looking for knives id go elsewhere just because the service is so bad.

Refund still not recieved
I order some knives 26th December 2023, sent them back as soon as they arrived, still in the box. I still havnt received a refund, I’ve chased it for months and months. Terrible aftercare and still no refund..
Blades great, handles and service not so much!
The blades are really good and they look amazing. However, three of the handles have cracked or snapped completely (they’ve never been through the dishwasher).
I sent an email to their customer service team and no response!!

I am completely disappointed in this company. The first time I ordered from them, they were great. Second time, it has been horrendous and is ongoing. I placed a large order November of 23. Got part of my order. First couple emails were great, said order was on its way....since then they've been ignoring me completely. I have been emailing them almost monthly and now they don't even respond. I just want what I paid for!! Once I finally get a refund or the product, I will NEVER deal with this company again!

So, this is a last resort for me.
I can't comment on the quality of the knives, as I've yet to receive them.
I ordered a knife set almost two weeks ago and have had no further contact other than my order conformation.
I've sent numerous emails, completed the Web form a few times and tried a social media message. The UK telephone line isn't in use.
It's not the wait I take issue with but the lack of ANY contact is very, very frustrating.
This now almost feels like a scam however there appears to be enough genuine, positive reviews for this not to be the case.
Hopefully someone from Razar will see this and take the time to respond.

Well. After 4 weeks guess what arrived? Yep, knives. I didn't get any tracking notification in advance.
Today I have received a response to one of my many messages to say my order is being followed up...!
Anyway, the knives. Are great. They really are. Look very good, extremely sharp, well made and nicely balanced.
So, if you are ordering be prepared to wait. And then wait some more. And don't expect much by the way of service. But the knives are good.

Avoid at all costs, as per previous reviews they look good, and seem to work well to start, but less than a year old 2 of the knives have handles that snapped when using. They have only ever been hand washed. I have been messaging for 2 weeks and no response at all. So much for a lifetime warranty. I am really annoyed I gave them my money and custom 🤬

Don’t let these scammers have your money pursue your credit card or debit card company to get your money back if they don’t deliver - they tried to fight my case but Mastercard agreed with me use reviews etc from here to take them on it’s clear they rob people of money don’t stand for it !!!

Absolutely shocking. Service horrendous. Rcvd my order 2.5 weeks later and totally wrong order, don't know how you can order one boning and filtering knife and get 8 knives instead. Shocking and heartbreaking as this was a gift for my dad's special birthday

Terrible customer service. Really bad!!!!!!
Purchased 2 steak knife sets (not cheap price) and after using one I noticed that the tip was busted. Don't know how it happened or that it was already like that. So i wanted to replace the knife and how to do it and emailed the company like 6 times and not 1 reply from the company. Can't call because they don't have a phone # listed which i think is ridiculous for a company. All I want to do is replace the knife if I have to pay I would. I work in retail and this has to be the worst customer service that I have experienced.
