Should of been NO Stars!
Brought 2 Football kits for my grandsons for christmas, had names printed on the backs, one of then shirts lettering (not the name printed on the back) has started to peel off, I have emailed them a few times now, to get shirt changed, but don't get any response.
Don't buy from them, waste of money.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought a football shirt from them, a month later it arrived but was faulty. I asked for my money back, they said they'd send me another one. It didn't arrive, so again I asked for a refund, they refused a full refund, instead offered 30% which I reluctantly excepted but I have never received it. This whole saga has taken four months. They have now stopped answering my emails. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from this site – completely unacceptable experience!
I ordered a personalised football kit for my 5-year-old son. Although it arrived promptly, the sizing was completely wrong — the shirt could fit an adult man, and the shorts reached down to my son’s shins.

After contacting the company and providing photos, they agreed to issue a full refund, stating it could take up to ten days. Ten days passed, and no refund was received. When I followed up, they apologised and claimed it had just been processed, asking me to wait another ten days. This cycle continued for nearly two months.

They have now stopped responding altogether, and it’s clear I will never receive my money back. The lack of accountability and customer service is disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a customised shirt for a birthday present.
It came with the wrong name on it. I contacted customer services and they sent another one. It arrived and again had the SAME incorrect name on it. Another 2 weeks for them to send another one. I finally received the item nearly 2 months after ordering it. Embarrassingly poor.

I’d have given this shitshow of a company no stars but they won’t allow it. Just like the other review left there was a problem with the delivery and it was returned to sender. Tried calling their helpline but it was a non existent number so had to endure ping pong emails with them and was given constant reassurance my parcel would be found and sent back to me immediately but to no avail. This went on for about 4 weeks so contacted my bank to recall the funds. Scam site so stay away!

I did not receive the item due to an issue with Yodel. I contacted the company who told me to contact yodel. Yodel then told me to contact the company. I contacted the company again and Fabrice asked me to give them time to sort things out. A week later I contacted them again and they told me to contact Yodel and yes Yodel asked me to contact the company. Absolutely no customer service and no item or refund. This was a birthday present which I had to purchase again from another company. Do not buy from this company as there is a good chance you won't receive the item.
