VERY SCATCHY FOR VISA - BE CAREFUL
First of all their customer support needs to be trained they dont know how to communicate on whats app. I wanted to apply for a 30 days tourist visa and I send them a message asking if I needed insurance to apply for the visa, to which she replied that it will cost 475 AED for a 14 days tourist visa (while on website it is 400 AED for 30 days tourist visa) and did not reply to my question if I need insurance or not.
When asked why they ask for 475 AED when in the website it is 400 AED for a 30 days, she said because on website its direct while here you need assistance. That's total nonsense and not transparent.
I see many 1 star review on Trustpilot calling them scammers, and I doubt if all of these 5 star reviews are true reviews.
Anyways, 1 start for customer support and Im not booking my visa with them so I cant confirm if they are a scam or not but be careful!

2 day trip (Dubai - Abu Dhabi)
What made the experience great was Mr Junaid Nawazish who told us everything and more of what we wanted to know during our 2 day trip of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We carefully selected only the best places from a 100 of the same shops we could go to along the way. He took as to the best restaurants and what made it even better was his friendliness and professionalism.

It was our first time in Dubai and it…
It was our first time in Dubai and it turned out to be a fantastic experience thanks to Zayed Ali. He was a very kind and knowledgeable guide: he took us to see the main attractions, captured many beautiful and memorable photos for us, and explained a lot about the country. I definitely recommend him, especially if it’s your first time in Dubai, to get a complete overview of the most important sights. Thank you!!!

Sunset desert safari tour
Our tour guide Malik was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and pointing out places of interest on the way to the sunset desert safari. His driving skills in the sand dunes was amazing. Malik was extremely polite, helpful and very professional. Highly recommend doing the sunset desert safari tour if yiure in Dubai.

Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were ripped off of over 4000 dirhams for excursions that turned out to be a complete scam. After checking the official websites, we realized we had been massively overcharged and misled.
Warning: do not waste your money here. There are so many authentic tours agencies in Dubai that value honesty, safety, and respect for their guests. Rayna Tours is absolutely not one of them.
After we have tried to get in touch with them by email (they never reply back ) , at the end they got back to us through WhatsApp ,but we are still waiting for a refund .
Just a waste of time and money !

Fake, and customer service was trash .
First Customer Service was horrible . They barely replied to me person that started my process was suddenly unavailable. And then I don’t know who was talking to me after that , I was not informed on anything after pressing them for information days later , and pleading to see how my application was going it took them hours to get to me. Then I just got a very small screenshot with them saying my application was rejected and that’s all. After this same people advised me to cancel the previous application I had with another company and use them . Then they frustrate me 2 days to my flight . And I’m texting they are not responding again .
