Adnan Sabir was an exceptional desert…
Adnan Sabir was an exceptional desert safari driver—jolly, friendly, and very entertaining. He took great care of all of us, especially our mother, ensuring her comfort throughout the journey. He also went out of his way to click our pictures in different poses. Overall, the experience was excellent and truly memorable. Highly recommended!

5D/4N Dubai winter package
Took a 5D/4N Dubai winter package for a family 8 with Elderly and Toddler. Customer support was very poor, for every message we had to wait for 30/40 min for response and that too will be check with your sales agent. The sales agent will be available only in the evening and he will also not respond in time. Rayna team will decide all the timings and movement without even pre consultation or pre information. If we ask for any change again the cycle of sales agent and customer support will start. Salesperson Mr. Yash promised of some complementary services during the chat, but nothing was happening on reality. Overall experience was below average and won't opt or recommend again.

IMG world fail
Booked tickets to IMG World through their website. On Arrival we were advised these were only fast track tickets and admission cost are seperate. Why does the company allow for sales of fast track option without making you aware they dont include admission to the park. It doubled our expense for the day. We did call Ryna and asked if they could simply change the tickets over to general admission but they were not interested. Very dissapointing 1st experience and will not be using them again. In a world were customer service is so important to retaining clients, they just didnt care.
