I purchased a beautiful bridal engagement ring and band totally bespoke from Raymond Adams Collection.

After window shopping and consultations in various shops in the jewellery district we found Ray.

From the telephone consultation which lasted hours we know this was our guy. vast amount of things we learned which other jewellers weren’t sharing.

His prices are the best compared to various companies and only details with premium diamonds at affordable price, i can justify paying for his bespoke rings.

Ring completion took 3 weeks, i’m so happy and looking forward to my next purchase.

Really happy with the bracelet that was made for me. Exceptional quality and made exactly how i wanted. Ray will listen to what you want and make it happen. Found his page on instagram. I normally avoid Jeweler on social media. But Ray was trustworthy and explained step by step in details. He can customise any piece that you want. Overall a really good experience and highly recommend him !

I first started talks with Raymond around 2 years ago, asking for advice, information and options regarding an engagement ring for when the time came, during this time he never once pushed or asked me to leave a deposit or anything like this! His knowledge and HONESTY is simply outstanding! One main thing which sealed the deal for me was when he asked me to go into my local (branded) jewellery shops and have a look myself and ask questions. This really opened my eyes! I wanted a 1 of 1 bespoke ring, so we started the process of CAD design, of which is desgin was perfect, so once I was happy we then proceed. Every day there was updates of what's going to happen next, I live 5 hours away from Raymond and he hand delivered it to myself, again top class service! The hand over was perfect, not rushed, no hassle, and we took so much time to check and confirm the GIA number on the stone, check all the stamps! Even online we checked, before I left he wanted me to confirm I was happy and could confirm the genuineness of which I did. I will be using him again for our next rings, I can't thank you enough Raymond.

The service and expertise that was demonstrated from start to finish was impeccable, timing was on point with regards manufacturing and delivery of both rings, will definitely be using this service again.

Honestly don't know where to start I'm still bedazzled by my engagement ring.

Been a week now and I can't stop looking at it.

Ok so we found Ray after searching and contacting numerous jewellers in Hatton Gardens and also online.

I'm so glad we did because the first call with him he had us on the phone for hours explaining everything relating to diamonds.

Ray was professional and had a wealth of knowledge with regards to diamonds. He provided information throughout the design of my mini pendant and tailored all details from the chain size and colour to the claw size whilst making recommendations throughout; nothing is too much trouble. The pendant itself is high grade, pristine and a stunning keepsake.

If you do not possess much knowledge about diamonds then I recommend Ray 100%. Not only does he take time out to explain the differences between diamonds and categories but you can also see the passion on him regarding diamonds. I could see it's not just a ring to him but an art. I designed my ring from scratch with Ray and was such a wonderful hassle free experience. Personally I don't like haggling and going to 10 different places before picking something but with a diamond ring I did take my time and get a second opinion. Ray took his time to educate me where I then took all the information and went to different places to validate the information. He was spot on and made me look like I knew a lot about diamonds. Great value and everything is certified so it comes with peace of mind. I would recommend Raymond to anyone who is thinking about getting any type of jewellery.
