Bringing about change in just a few days shouldn’t be possible. Yet that’s exactly what happened after I took part in Raw Experience.
Right from the start, I sensed that a special experience lay ahead of me.
Magnus Bergenlid greeted us with great calm on the first evening as we went over the program and equipment. By the end of the evening, he had already managed to bring the group together.
What followed were a few unforgettable days of SUP paddling in the Värmland wilderness with the group, completely cut off from the outside world.
When we got our phones back after the expedition ended, our relationship with them had changed. I haven’t used social media since then. For me, that’s the strongest proof of Raw Experience’s transformative power.

A fantastic and challenging stand-up paddleboarding experience. We handed over our phones and paddled together, yet were free to choose how much we wanted to interact—it was just as rewarding to stay quiet and simply soak in the natural surroundings. I really appreciated the wild, stripped-back nature of being away for four days; we paddled together from early morning until afternoon, then set up camp on our own, free from the distractions of everyday life. Magnus was a reassuring and highly appreciated guide throughout the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to challenge themselves and enjoy an intimate experience with nature.
