Great Support from RAW Bike Team

I had to replace my pedal sensor after I accidentally damaged it, and the RAW Bike team was awesome about helping me out. They clearly explained exactly what tools were required and walked me through how to replace the sensor myself. The tool they recommended worked perfectly - no issues at all. Super helpful, fast support, and honestly made the whole process stress-free. Thanks for the great customer support, RAW Bike!

Had a rawbike 3 for 5 years

Had a rawbike 3 for 5 years. Battery died 2 days before warranty expired, got it replaced in no time by Rawbike, no questions asked. Replacement battery had no issues. Only problem was someone stole my bike. Was so gutted since I had done 25000 kms on it and was enjoying it like it was the first km. Unfortunately insurance didn't cover the loss because I didn't have a supplementary insurance for mopeds. Went ahead and got a Rawbike urban now. Underpowered compared to the Rawbike 3 but still sturdy and comfortable. Amazing company and people. Hope people support and make them grow. No complaints at all

Fast delivery and the E-bike works good!

did a lot of research on e-bikes before settling on my 250E and I’m so glad I chose her. My first e-bike and I’m totally in love!

My order is delivered with satisfaction.

Last week I checked closelly RAWBIKE 4X in their show room. Great explanation, showing how things are and test ride with possible borrowing local bicycle helmet. Great!
I received RAWBIKE 4X today. Assmbled according video instruction. Inflated based on information shared during my visit in Showroom. Battery was fully charged in 4 hours, even though manual is informing 6-7 for the 1st charging. There was delivered tools for the bike arrembling. I can only recommend to others to have some other tools of your own to be able assembly the rest of extra accessories. Like Torx 25 key, INBUS 5mm, wrench included in mini-multi tool was better replaced mine own for the assembly. mini-multi tool set with rubber glue and patches might be handy during rides, but I am not sure if I would be able to loosen wheels form the frame.
Ordered on Wednesday evening. Confimrmed on Thursday and on Friday got information to call delivery service to set datum when thay can deliver it to my address. Time was not discusseable 8:00 to 16:00. Insurance will be done soon, since I have the frame number. Looking forward for my 1st km.
It would be great to have some manual for the setting different parametes/functions on the display. I failed to find it.

I have had my bike less than a year and…

I have had my bike less than a year and in that time the rear brakes locked on and had to be replaced and now just a couple of months later they are barely working. Everything on it is creaking and squeaking. And it’s feels like it’s falling apart. Very disappointed.

I still have not received my bike

I usually don't leave bad reviews but I ordered a Rawbike 4x Black in August but still have not received it. This is the worst delivery and customer service I have faced. The company promised me to deliver it at the end of August, then the delivery was moved to September. Now it's October and I still have not received my bike.

I got a notification that the company which is supposed to assemble my bike received it 2 weeks ago but there's no response from them. So, I paid the money but left without my bike. Super frustrating.

Update:
I received a call about my bike, apparently, it was broken. The company did not communicate it properly. They sent me another one that was assembled after one day and I was able to collect it. That's not good that I had to remind them about my order over and over again.

The bike itself is really awesome. I think two things could be improved. The customer support. I couldn't reach by phone. The second one is the guides E.g. The display advanced configuration, and the GPS activation (it can take time) . I found one for the displays but the options are not well explained.
