Working a full time job makes collection difficult
Shut on weekends and short hours on weekdays bikes left outside so it’s rusty but customer service do reply reasonably quick so I could arrange a third party collection

First time at Shildon site staff…
First time at Shildon site staff friendly and collection went to plan.
The only thing wrong with alot of the better vehicles is the damage done by the forklifts they use
The forks aren't long enough and they lift them from the side and if you have a heavy vehicle they just press the floor up
This Merc ml was nearly perfect all round but underneath massive damage floor creased and pressed up

Upon collecting the vehicle
Upon collecting the vehicle, I identified a fault with the clutch system. The clutch pedal travel felt inconsistent and the gears were difficult to engage, suggesting a potential clutch wear or hydraulic issue. As the vehicle had not been driven extensively prior to collection, this issue only became apparent during initial inspection and operation. I am currently arranging a mechanical assessment to confirm the exact cause and required repair.

Be very cautious before placing bids
In many cases, the cars did not match the descriptions provided in the listings. Important details about the vehicle condition were missing or inaccurate, which can be very misleading for buyers.
Another major issue is with the bidding process. Several times when trying to place a bid in the final moments of the auction, the website stopped working or became unresponsive. This makes it extremely frustrating and prevents fair bidding.
If you are considering using this auction platform, make sure you do thorough checks and be very cautious before placing bids.

What made your experience great? What is this company doing well? Remember to be honest, helpful, and constructive!
Knowing the insights provided by the company regarding cars, for example wether the car has a rattly noise, EML or other DTC lights on gives me an idea on a vehicle should be desired and to what extent one should go for a specific vehicle, picture uploads of vehicles are very good.
This is where the company is doing a good job.
And it’s lacking when it comes to recovery of the vehicle, where one should soon age the capability of driving the vehicle home instead to get it recovered.
