I should have read the reviews. I hope this review spares someone else time and money. When I googled wool sweater Raviknas website looked beautiful. Beautiful pictures, nicely but cleverly worded description of the icelandic sweater with nordic pattens. Well done on deceiving me and probably 1000s more with your website. I placed my order 22 January. 5 to 10 working days was promised for delivery. By mid February I asked for an update on the tracking process. I got a copy and paste reply to wait. 5 days later I asked again. Same copy and paste reply. End of February I made my frustration a bit more clearer. Someone then actually looked into my order and said it has indeed not been send due to an error. It arrived today, 12 March. I wish it hadn't. I currently live in Norway , and are flying to South Africa in a week. This was suppose to be a present for my mother that I haven't seen in 3 years. So disappointed sitting here with my 500nok 100% polyester sweater from China.
