Technical issue led to miscommunication, but eventually customer service solved it all !
IMPORTANT EDIT: I finally got mails from the team at raverx.com! Apparently, it was an issue with their email provider, so that I did not get notice of processing delay on my order. I have been told that I've been issued a full refund, as well as the order being already shipped. I'll edit again once the refund is credited.
REEDIT: My bank account has been credited of a full refund, and the seller also send my full order free of charge as a compensation. All in all, it was a technical problem, but the seller manage to solve it, so I change the rating from 1 to 4. Customer service, despite the email server not functioning, ended up being very humane.
Short story: I got scammed. My money went through, but received nothing, and had no communication from the store even though I sent numerous emails.
I ordered from the website on a Saturday morning, and mistakenly ordered twice too much.
The payment page does not feature 3d secure so you can't double check before the payment goes in, which is why I did not notice that I apparently added the item a second time.
I sent an email asking if it would be possible to modify the order, or cancel it before it is dispatched, as the store advertise a same day dispatch guarantee, as well as full refund guarantee.
The next Tuesday, as I still had no answer from the store, nor any update concerning my order and whether it had been sent, I wrote another email asking for the status of the order and the full refund if it had not been sent.
Because I still had no news, I sent another email telling them I would place bad reviews, and ask for a charge back with my credit card provider. I quickly got the following answer:
"I hope you’re doing well.
Could you please confirm if you got our email yesterday?
Warm wishes, James."
As I though the issue would resolve, I ask for James to please send me the email again as I did not receive any communication from them both in my inbox and spams.
We are now one week after I got that email, and I still have not heard back from James, nor anyone from the store. As far as I know, the order has not been shipped, certainly not on the day I ordered, and definitely not with a shipping time of 2-6 days, as I ordered 10 days ago.
In the meantime I did send another couple of emails that stayed unanswered.
I think that whatever you were planning to do, You should definitely not order from raverx.com, as at the very least, their customer service is as inexistent as the store is swift in cashing in the money.
I would give 0 star, but I can't.
I'll repeat just in case: raverx.com is a scam website.
Edit: As I still get no answer from raverx.com by email, the only way to answer their reply to this review is in this edit. I did not receive any email from them at all even though I keep sending some every couple days.
I did receive a notification from FedEx that a parcel is on my way, but I did not get it yet, and I will refuse it as it has been shipped two and half week late, after I asked several times a cancellation and refund.
After not answering, and not applying your own same day shipping policy, you just ignored all of my emails and went on to send a package to my address instead of a refund. That's just terrible.
Of course, I checked my spams and all folders of my inbox. Raverx.com did not send me anything else than the email quoted above.
