My order of samples went very smoothly. The delivery to Sweden was fast, and it was easy to pay with PayPal. Also, the different tiles were very beautiful and met my expectations! There will be an order as soon as I can choose between all the nice examples.

After a bathroom refurb last year where we had a feature wall of textured black tiles fitted, we were not impressed with how they looked 12 months later with the effects of limescale on the subtle texture, so we looked long and hard for a replacement.

To give inspiration we found 'The Local Project' channel on YouTube which featured incredible house developments in Australia with the most stunning finishes, especially in their kitchens and bathrooms....and one particular episode featured the INAX tiles, produced in Japan who are world leaders in the manufacture of tiles, having mastered their craft over hundreds of years - we fell in love with the Yuki tiles.

We then researched where we could source them and found the only supplier in the UK was Raven - from the very first interaction on their website we knew this company was top-draw (we have done a fair amount of house development over the years and know what quality products and service looks like).

The company director Ian, corresponded with me on numerous occasions with prompt and accurate responses to my questions - Re-assured that these were genuine INAX tiles (avoiding those cheap Chinese fakes) I ordered 5x boxes - these arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days.

The tiles were fitted and look absolutely stunning - we may not have a Local Project budget but we have our own mini wall of perfection at home.

Tiles are magnificent quality, better than any photos

My wife are I are delighted with these tiles and our family bathroom. We honestly can’t thank Ian enough. There are similar looking tiles on the market so its hard to know if the investment is worthwhile when you don’t deal with bathrooms and design and trying to picture the room before hand for us was challenging. Be assured the authenticity quality and individuality of these tiles shines through. We’re chuffed 😊

These tiles are amazing. We purchased the Izumo tiles and they have magically tranformed our bathroom to look like something out of a 5 star luxury hotel. The look and feel is incredibly authentic . I highly recommend Raven and Ian is a dream to work with!
