The app would claim there are a lot of lined up projects so it would make you wait for 3-4hrs before the project is done. It gives you a below average output. The problem is, they make you sign up so you can download your project and gives you an offer you can't resist - $1 voucher to try their premium only to find out there is no way you can cancel your subscription. Not even a notification that they will be renewing your subscription. I am paying for something I do not need because it does not give you good results. I ended up requesting the bank to cancel my card before they charge me even more.

The main service has the potential to be useful at times; however, it is currently impossible to unsubscribe from their 'free trial' independently, and my messages sent through the customer contact form have gone unanswered.

I will provide an update once I successfully resolve the issue of my bank card being charged.

No way to cancel their service. You submit a contact form, and then they do not respond.

There is no way to cancel subscription, other than via e-mail or contact form. Tried both, no response. It keeps charging me 50USD a month and there is no way of stopping that.

The company have contacted me directly and have held their hands up and took ownership for the issues.
since talking with them they have/are rectifying issues, they are a new company and will obviously have teething problem, its not perfect but it really is getting there.
review changed to 4 stars, why not 5 ?
once its perfected i will change it again.

I had the free trial (very confusing) I thought the free trial was unlimited for one month (my fault not theirs)
The customer service started out great and so was the website (few glitches but nothing major)
However i've now started paying for videos and the customer service is non existent and the website is horrifically slow to use and the edit/notes option doesn't work.
I've also seen another 1 star review where someone mentioned they couldn't stop their subscription so i've looked and tried to cancel mine and i can confirm there is NO option to cancel your subscription !!
I will update this review as and when I finally hear from customer service.
At the moment i'm not impressed and will look for another website offering ai editing.

Totally a scam. First I got the trial mode and they asked for my credit card. After testing the platform, I decided not to get a subscription as that wasn't what I was looking for. There is no option to cancel a subscription, so I tried to contact them by phone and email many times without hearing back from them while still receiving notification emails that my subscription will renew automatically.
While it's true that I did eventually receive a communication from your side, this occurred only after my payment did not go through. I appreciate your efforts to reach out, but it's important to mention that during the waiting period, I attempted to contact you through the phone number listed on your website. Unfortunately, the number was non-functional, leading me to believe that your platform could potentially be a scam.

It is encouraging to hear that Rav.ai is committed to providing excellent customer service and that you have a 100% refund policy. However, based on my experience, there seems to be room for improvement in terms of communication, especially during the cancellation process. It would be beneficial for customers if you could rectify these issues, particularly the non-functional phone number and the delay in response times, to increase confidence in your platform's legitimacy.

Process was smooth, fun and turnaround time was really good. Love that I could also make comments for additional edits as well.
