The experience with Rauva so far was excellent. The people I was in contact with were very kind and professional, they really took care of everything regarding starting my company and everything is nicely organised and accesible on the app they provided. Ana Balcão and Claudia Teixera were very knowledgeable and patient, they explained everything to me, answered my questions gave me advice. Excellent service, higly recomend this company!

The process of incorporating my company with Rauva was very simple, I was always up to date and felt like I knew what to expect for next steps.

We were trying to partner with them to transfer from our current Portugal accountants. We were coordinating with their account manager regarding putting our company in a dormant state.

On call, we were assured that they would be able to accommodate our request. They took a week to get back to us and told us that they wouldn't be able to anymore as it was too complicated of a process.

We then explored partnering with them instead for one of their basic packages. We needed some clauses on the agreement adjusted for a clearer and more mutually beneficial. They responded after another week saying that they would not be able to do so as their agreements are standard. Upon requesting separate documentation instead, outside of the agreement, they never replied. This was June 27th. To this date, they have not responded despite multiple follow-ups. They have totally ghosted us and what started as a promising partnership is now a dodged bullet.

Sad to see that others have had bad experiences with them as well.
