Scam alert!!!!!! I ordered on 3/22/2024- never got my order!!!!! I let them know many times that I never received it- said it was delivered, list in mail - said they would send again, said they would refund me but never happened!!! Never order from this company!!!!!

WHAT A SCAM! Order placed 3/19/2024, emailed two weeks later for status/tracking, checked again two weeks later only to be told it had delivered. I received nothing! I've never had packages taken from my porch, but they did agree to resend it. Still received nothing, but showing delivered. Zero contact or updates unless I emailed first. Don't waste your time or money.

Less than 1 star. I ordered and then immediately realized this was a spoof site for Love in faith. I canceled my debit card instantly which caused all kind of issues with other payments snd bills. The raucade package aaid delivered the same day I got a small empty package in the mail. Yhey said it wasn't them and that my package must have gotten lost. So they "resent" it. Guess what?? It never showed up either. So they say okay we can do partial refund. It will take up to 25 days. A month later still nothing. These are scammers. Stay away!!

I placed an order in March 2024, it was delivered to the wrong place so they sent me the order again... Again, delivered to the wrong house... It's not June 2024 and nothing, no refund and no products I ordered. Definitely disappointed and now I'm out clothes money for my kids.. sad

I wouldn’t give them one star if I had the option! Don’t order from these con artists because they take your money and you are left watching it leave your bank account. I placed an order March 17, 2024. First shipment said delivered but I never seen it. I contacted them and was told they would make it right. So I have awaited the second shipment. Said it was delivered. Haven’t seen this shipment either. They are thieves!

I waited over a month for my package of Christian shirts I was excited to get but never got. After a month, then they say it was delivered on my door step. I work for a retailer , so I know how it goes with Ecom orders. Told me they cldnt give me a full refund because they’ve lost money too this year. That they cld give me a 50% refund and I haven’t even seen that put back in my bank account.

Scammers. I placed an order two months ago but it did not arrive. Their tracking number shows it was delivered but that it was never true. I sent emails to raucade.com and got responses from unknown persons who could not give answers to what happened to my order. The last time I attempted to send another email, it was undeliverable. Thieves!

Said they delivered my order. They didn’t. Said they are resending it, the link all of sudden doesn’t work. Scam

This is 100% a scam site spent 50 and nothing ever came and "customer service" isn't doing anything.

I'm still waiting for two packages I've order months ago. And I emailed them asking where they were and they gave me a track number got one with a link to track it and it says my oder was delivered but I've never received any packages from them

Definitely a scam site. Luckily I started looking at reviews within minutes of ordering. Contacted my CC company, got refunded, reported my card stolen and had a new number issued. They also use a scam tracking service as well...says the pkg was delivered to my house last Saturday.

I ordered a couple shirts they gave me a tracking number from Track 718 it said items were delivered a month later, Nothing was delivered. Sent an email to them they said they would resend the items now through Track 618 it's been over 3 weeks now and still nothing. Don't waste your time or money on this company. What a rip off

I would absolutely leave no stars if I could! This company is a scam do not give them your money!! They got me don't let them get you!

SCAMMED! I wish I had seen these reviews before I gave away my money. Never received my order. Tracking number said it was delivered. SCAMMED! Disappointed!

Never received the products. Says delivered on their tracking page after a month. The site I ordered from was NOT Raucade. After placing the order from what looked like another site, I received an email with a tracking number from Raucade. SCAM site!

SCAMMERS!!!! NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WAS GIVEN TRACKING INFO WITH A FRAUDULENT ONLINE TRACKING COMPANY THAT CLAIMS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED! IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED! HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!

Never received my products !

I can either dress it up or down. I recently bought a Men's Casual Oversized Coat Leather Jacket. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this jacket to others. This jacket is definitely good value for money.
