The ordering of the tickets as well as showing the seats within the area was great. Showing the tickets at the gate was easy and I like the fact each time you needed to download the tickets it was an easy process. I will purchase again from this site.

I am Canadian purchasing tickets to a Canadian hockey game from a Canadian location and I only find out after the transaction that it was in US dollars. At no time during the whole purchase process was I aware that the price was in US dollars. The purchase price should clearly state $ USD. Very deceptive sales practice.

I never received my tickets from rateyourseats.com. They promised delivery 1 hour before the game, but never received. RateyourSeats promise 100% guarantee of delivery or your money back, but they don't. There order delivery system via email in an attached pdf but they have no proof of delivery like a read email confirmation.
I found tickets to my event, filled out the form, entered my payment information, and was give an confirmation, which I printed. I also received a confirmation email. Luckily I checked my email again because minutes later, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled.
This email did not list the reason why it had been cancelled, nor provided any contact information.
So I had to track down their number and call. I navigated through the system once but it then hung up on me. I called again and got someone in customer service who said that my order was cancelled because the verification team found a problem with my information. HOWEVER, she would not tell me what went wrong and said I had to order the tickets again. Since I no longer saw those exact tickets on their website, I asked to be transferred to sales.
The sales associate's English was terrible and I could hear her whispering to someone. She claimed to have found my tickets, but now they had gone from $42 to $75. I kept repeating that I had a confirmation at the $42. After putting me on hold, she said she could give me a promo code, but it turned out that would take only $8 off of the total price. She claimed that she couldn't escalate my call--only that she could transfer me back to customer service.
Upon being transferred back to customer service, I was put on a long hold while someone researched why the order was cancelled. This person said that there was an issue with my credit card that got flagged. I asked why I was given a confirmation if there was a problem with my card. She couldn't give me a good answer other than that's how the system is set up.
I asked for a supervisor and she claimed that they don't talk to customers. She also claimed that she can't give me the tickets at a lower price because they don't set the prices.
It seams to me that whoever was selling these tickets realized they could get much more, so this company let them get out of the confirmed transaction so that both the seller and the site could get more money.

I have used this before recently and had no issue. I had many windows open looking at tickets, and was close to a decision, but chose to postpone until the next day. Closed all windows, and then the next day
I DO NOT have an order number, had NO EMAIL of an order from Rate Your Seats, did not decide to order tickets, and suddenly the next day get tickets ready to be transferred to TicketMaster,. I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED tickets, DID NOT order tickets, and will DISPUTE the charge for tickets.

I had no idea I was purchasing tickets through a 3rd party. I never saw anything with "Rateyourseats" until have my credit card was charged. I started at the theater website and was transferred to a site that I thought was ticketmaster. I even got an email from "Donna @ Ticketmaster.com".
I was charged DOUBLE the price of a regular ticket.
I called and talked to Laine. She simply read from a script. "All sales final", "nothing I can do", refused to escalate me call, told me no management was available. I have emailed, chatted, and called. So now I turn to reviews.

Stay away from this scam company. Completely misrepresent seat locations and don't explain acronym like SRO. Website diagram shows seats in middle of section but they are nose bleeds in "Standing Room Only" section (SRO). I had no idea that is what SRO meant and they show seat numbers in row SRO. I called within 5 minutes after purchasing and they refused to refund or exchange tickets. Told me to resell them on stub.hub or similar. How can I sell something I don't have until the day before the game 2 months from now. Yes, this game is 2 months from now and they still would do nothing to correct the misrepresentation on their website. This is deceptive advertising!

I puchased outfield seats for an upcoming Yankees-Rangers game in hopes of being the lucky person to catch a Judge hr ball. I purchased the seats based on the diagram that Rate My Seats has on the website. After purchasing and investing I noticed that their website diagram isn't accurate and there is a 100' bullpen in front of section 28. I called to inform them of the error and to have them "resell" my tickets but they refused. I can assure you that I'll NEVER use their services again. They are a company that sells based on inaccurate stadium diagrams.

On 12/10/21 I purchased in the amount of $364.92 two Coldplay tickets for 6/14/2022. I have sent them 26 emails, 17 call and two chats. They keep sending me a link to my tickets that states "oops something went wrong". I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week now. I want my tickets. I need to know there legal name to file a complaint with the better business bureau. They assure me I will get my tickets in time. I don't trust them I have been fighting for over a week and they can't get their act together, they refer me to Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster refers me to Rate Your Seats, very frustrating.
