I first contacted RateSwitch and Lee over a year ago as I was unhappy with my mortgage. He reviewed our terms in full but at the time was unable to find a solution due our fixed term; however he advised to call back in June.

I called Lee a couple of weeks ago for another review and he listened to exactly what I wanted from a mortgage and what my priorities were. Within a few days we we're signed up to a new package with a £300 per month saving and complete flexibility of term.

Rateswitch were excellent from start to finish. We were looking to re-mortgage and they were able to find us a great deal. No hassle with interviews at the bank. A simple document uploading tool enabled us to do everything from home. Great communication throughout the process. Rateswitch explained different options to us, and gave their expert advise.

We needed to remortgage for the first time, but with limited time to visit a broker we decided to try out RateSwitch' service. The process is extremely straight forward and all done via phone / email and they are happy to work around your availability for the call which was really useful.

Lee was great, really communicative and was able to talk us through the process and answer our queries before sending over the rates available to us. We've ended up on a competitive fixed rate which suits our needs.

I have recently used Rate Switch for my mortgage and oh my, they made the process run so smoothly and quickly. The advice and support throughout was second to none. Nothing was ever too much for Lee. Made switching mortgage rates a breeze. Very helpful and informative, and ended up arranging a deal at our existing lender which wouldn't have otherwise been available to us. Much easier and quicker than having to go into branch. Would recommend and use again in the future.
